Gorgeous venue!!
Choosing Riverview Ballroom for our daughter's wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was something special, but seeing our daughter's wedding day come to life there exceeded every expectation we had. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. We were blessed with beautiful weather and were able to have the ceremony outside overlooking the river and the New York City skyline. It created the most stunning backdrop and photographed so beautifully. Working with Stefania was an absolute pleasure. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made us feel supported every step of the way. She was always organized, responsive, calm, and genuinely cared about making our daughter's day everything she had dreamed of. On the wedding day, the entire staff worked together so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing. We were able to simply be present and enjoy every precious moment with our family and friends. The ballroom itself is gorgeous. The elegant white décor and beautiful marble floors create a timeless, sophisticated space that complements any style or color palette. The bridal attendant was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what was needed. She took such wonderful care of our daughter throughout the day. Our daughter's wedding was everything we had hoped for and more, and Riverview Ballroom played a huge role in making it such an unforgettable day. If you're looking for a venue with breathtaking views, outstanding service, and people who truly care about making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Riverview Ballroom highly enough.

BEST VENUE EVER! This wedding venue was a gem to work with and it was an amazing space. Stefania in particular made this entire process so easy! This was the first wedding venue my husband and I saw and we knew it was the one we had to go with from the spectacular view and the friendly demeanor of the staff. Everyone should get married here the view is AMAZING and its GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Venue!!
From our first walkthrough at Riverview ballroom with Stefania to the end of the wedding, everyone at the venue was amazing - helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The space was immaculate, with beautiful views and multiple areas that worked perfectly for each part of the celebration, including a lovely outdoor ceremony ( chuppah) space. The many inclusions were a real bonus and made planning much easier: staging, chairs, tables, professional staff, bars, and valet service - which was greatly appreciated by our guests! Our band and party planner both found the venue extremely easy to work with, which truly contributed to a smooth and well-run event. We also used the venue’s recommended kosher caterer, Elite, and they did an outstanding job. The location is ideal—close to the city, easy to reach by car or public transportation. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding.

Spacious, clean venue with excellent service. Highly recommend working with Stefania who seemed to be available 24/7. Easy coordination of staff with caterer, florist, band and photographer. Great for a large wedding!

Blown Away
We have not been able to stop raving about Riverview and about our experience there. I can’t say enough good things about The Riverview. The team made sure our event was more than we could have ever imagined and asked for. I must have called over 50 venues before choosing this one, and not a single place came close to the level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail that Stefania and Arthur showed us. My mother, who owned a party planning business for years, even said she’s never seen a venue handle things this smoothly and thoughtfully. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond. They thought through every tiny detail - things I wouldn’t have even known to ask about. They were incredibly responsive, even on weekends, after hours, and late at night and always made us feel like we were their top priority. Because we live far from the venue, Stefania not only arranged a virtual walkthrough for us, she then actually went through the space herself, gathered photos of each area, and sent them to us with descriptive details so we could decide which rooms we wanted to use for specific parts of the wedding. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible. They were on-top of scheduling multiple meetings to make sure our whole event was perfect and exactly the way we wanted it to be. They offered so many thoughtful touches - like including a beautiful bench option for under the bedeckin and even a chuppah - and packed so much into the package that most venues would charge extra for. They kept in constant communication, checked in regularly, and scheduled multiple meetings to ensure we felt completely ready. The day of the wedding, everything was flawless. My father is handicapped, and they took the time to sit down with us beforehand to plan everything out carefully - even measuring the aisle to make sure it was comfortable for him. That level of care meant the world to us. The venue itself is absolutely STUNNING - it is so regal, elegant, and well-designed. Our photos came out gorgeous. Friends of ours are still talking about the gorgeous venue and how beautiful all the pictures came out. What stood out most was the team's honesty and transparency; nothing was hidden or last-minute. They even helped us make decisions that a typical venue would never get involved in, essentially stepping in like our own event planners when we didn’t have one. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more taken care of by a company. One guest actually told me during the wedding, “I’ve never seen a more relaxed bride,” and that’s 100% thanks to Stefania and Arthur at the Riverview team. Their coordination, communication, and genuine care made our entire experience with them unforgettable. Truly blown away by Riverview and could not recommend them enough!!
