    WOW. I literally cannot find the words to describe Nicole and her team... First and foremost, just do yourself a favor and book The Ever Co to coordinate your wedding! You will NOT regret it! Nicole is extremely organized, attentive, quick thinking and positive! She took all the weight off our shoulders the last few weeks of planning, making the vendor schedule, double checking our list of to-dos, and much more. She allowed us to actually enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding verses stressing over how everything will get done. She was my fierce ally when I had a hiccup with one of my vendors and she took over communication to sort everything out. The day of, Nicole was everywhere she was needed and went above and beyond for me and my family. My dad (who was skeptical at first) was so happy as the day went on. Even my bridal party is still raving about Nicole! Her attention to detail is unmatched and I can honestly say hiring her was one of the best parts of the wedding planning process.

    RUN TO HIRE NICOLE!! Nicole was by far our favorite vendor! She helped out so much with making sure our wedding day was flawless. Each part of the process was a breeze. Nicole thought of everything, even the things that I had forgotten to plan. She is incredibly detail-oriented and made sure that we were there to enjoy our day that we planned for so long. On our wedding day, Nicole came prepared with her emergency kit on hand that saved the day when my bustle came undone during the reception. Nicole expertly swooped in, did her magic, and my dress was back to looking fabulous, allowing me to dance the night away worry free! The BEST decision we made was working with The Ever Co day of coordination.

    We met with Nicole about 2 months out from our wedding. We were so impressed by her organization! She created an almost minute-by-minute timeline for the day and was the point of contact for all of our vendors, bridal party & family, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day without any stress or worries. Nicole was crucial in ensuring our day ran smoothly and kept the whole timeline on track and I can't even begin to describe what an important role she played. There are no words!!! Simply put, we don't know what we would have done without her!! My husband and I kept saying the next day, seriously though what would we have done?! When the florist only delivered 6 bouquets instead of 8 for my bridesmaids, she contacted the florist and had 2 more bouquets at the site of our pictures in what seemed like a blink of an eye! There was an issue with power for the ceremony, she was on it! There was a mix up with a last minute table addition, she fixed it! Which, by the way, I had absolutely NO idea about any of these issues until after the wedding. Almost all of our vendors went out of their way to mention how much they enjoyed working with Nicole & that they would jump at the opportunity to work with her again. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, my #1 advice as a newly married woman is- DO IT! And of course, hire Nicole!

    If you're getting married and want to have the best day ever, I highly recommend working with The Ever Co. Nicole truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable, and we're so grateful for all of her hard work ensuring everything was taken care of! As a Type-A bride, I was extremely nervous about all of the details coming together- especially since we were getting married at a raw space venue, meaning EVERYTHING (down to the glassware, tables/chairs, even garbage cans) needed to be rented & brought in. Nicole & her team took full control of all the contracts & vendor communications starting the month before the wedding. While building our day-of timeline, Nicole made sure to include every last detail including when vendors needed to arrive, where they had to be, and provided checklists to ensure that everything was accounted for. She acted as the point of contact for all vendors so no one was contacting me the morning of the wedding- which was a dream! Not only did she do a fabulous job managing the timeline and overseeing set-up, but she did a great job of shielding me from the issues so I wouldn't stress about anything. She was there for me in every way, gf was even re-doing my lipgloss in between pictures! My husband and I were super impressed and would recommend Nicole & her team to all Brides & Grooms who truly want to enjoy their special day!
