Located just outside of Philadelphia, Olive & Shae sources from local small businesses, farms and community purveyors for their fresh and vibrant ingredients. Every dish has been carefully designed to make the perfect compliment to your wedding day. Olive & Shae designs the menu to have bold flavors, eye catching presentation and world-class cuisine all with the flexibility to make it uniquely yours.

Yes, we offer tastings for the couple only. Our tastings are complimentary for booked couples. If you are unbooked and would like to hold a tasting with us we are happy to provide you with a tasting. The tasting fee is 300.00 and is put towards your initial downpayment if you decide to book with us!
We recommend having a total three meetings! Our first meeting will be at the tasting when we talk about your menu selections and flow of the day! The second meeting is held at 90 days before your wedding! At this time you will have most of your wedding details secured! Our final meeting can be done in person and or on the phone and that is held 2 weeks before the wedding!
There is no fee for cake cutting. The wedding cake is already included in our package!
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
We offer our services in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, south & north jersey, and New York!
Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery if the event is 2.5 hours or further from our base in Philadelphia!
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 12 months in advance.
