I step in during the final 8–12 weeks of your wedding to bring everything together; organizing details, confirming vendors, building a seamless timeline, and making sure every moving part is aligned so your day flows effortlessly.

    Amazing

    Tori was hands down amazing!!! Her attention to detail and communication was absolutely ON POINT!! She made everything look so effortless when it came to planning. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this all without stressing and Tori made sure that no stress was to be had! Any questions or concerns about things she covered. Yes! While my main focus is wedding day coordination, I can also support rehearsal dinners, showers, or other wedding-related events depending on availability. My goal is to keep everything consistent, organized, and stress-free leading into your wedding day.
I only take on one wedding per day, and a limited number of weddings per weekend during peak season so I can fully focus on each couple. This ensures you have my full attention, energy, and support on your wedding day.
I provide coverage through the key moments of your wedding day based on your package. I’m there to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish of the planned timeline, including transitions, key events, and making sure the night flows seamlessly before handing things off at the appropriate time.
I oversee setup with your vendors and venue to ensure everything is placed according to your plan. I coordinate the flow of setup and handle logistics so your vision is executed correctly, but physical setup and breakdown are handled by your vendors and venue team.
A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Once that’s complete, your wedding date is secured and I begin preparing for your coordination timeline.
Yes! I help guide your wedding party, family, and vendors throughout the day, so everyone knows where they need to be and things stay on schedule. I act as the main point of contact, so you don’t have to manage logistics yourself.
Yes, I always connect with couples before booking to make sure I'm the right fit. This gives us a chance to talk through your wedding, your needs, and how I can best support your day.
I recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date, as I only take a limited number of weddings per month to ensure full attention to each couple. Most couples book me several months in advance to secure their date.
