When i was worried my sister (who’s pregnant) wouldn’t be able to bend down to fix my long train and cathedral length veil, Keyta offered to come to one of my dress fitting appts to look at my dress and veil so she’d be prepared to step in if she needed to. She stayed in constant contact with my vendors and ensured we were all on the same page in order to have a smooth successful day. As the day got closer i started to become overwhelmed. she immediately took on anything i needed help with (looked up clerks office and provided address and phone number for our marriage license, last minute recommendations like clear umbrellas, isle runners, extra tents, ect in case it rained). Her bride and groom checklist helped keep us on track and ensured we got everything done that we needed to. I hired her for partial wedding planning and design. Her pricing was more than fair. Alex's communication was top notch between scheduled zoom calls, in person meetings, emails and texts she was always more than prompt with her responses. My MOH was planning a surprise during the wedding for us and she also communicated straight with Alex and said how great she was. She had many organized templates and questionairres for us to follow and fill out to ensure she had all the information she needed. She would reach out and get information on things for me even though I said I could do it. She knew I was putting unneccsary stress on myself and wanted to handle it for me even though I gave her an out. I may have tortured her by making her put all my escort cards on the origami cranes I made but she didn't even bat an eye lol. She connected us with great vendors and my husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding day.”
