    Hire Victoria!!

    We started looking for a day-of coordinator in late January for our early May 2026 wedding. We had tried to plan most of the event ourselves. 5 months before the wedding, I was trying to balance studying for board certification, working 80 hours/week, moving, starting a new job, and wedding planning. Finding Victoria was a godsend. From early on, Victoria was professional, flexible, detail-oriented, patient and calm –exactly what I was looking for in a coordinator. When I was late to our first meeting because of work, she was very understanding and able to quickly reschedule another time. I was very impressed by the personalized proposal that she drew up after our first meeting. It was just a small taste of her excellent skills in event planning. Leading up to the big day, her clear communication, organizational skills, and quick problem-solving helped us relax knowing that we could trust her with anything that came up. For example, Victoria let us and the transportation vendor know that there was going to be a street festival that would directly impact our travel plans from the ceremony to reception. When our transportation vendor cancelled 2 days before our event, Victoria came up with alternative plans within hours. She reminded us of tasks leading up to the wedding (e.g. getting marriage license, ordering a cake, getting tips ready, etc.) and was non-judgmental and kind in helping us figure it out. When we did our last venue walk-through, she and her assistant, Leigh, worked with the venue team to plan out the reception space and revise the timeline. On the wedding day, she kept us updated on where we were on the wedding timeline and why. She and Leigh were on top of it, which allowed us to be guests at our own wedding. We also added on having Victoria create our signage, and it was STUNNING. If you’re on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, do it. Hire Victoria’s team!! You won’t regret it. It was the best decision I made in this process and I only wish I had found her sooner!

    Exceptional planner for any wedding/event

    My experience with Belmont Events was absolutely amazing. My planner, Victoria, was incredibly detail-oriented, efficient, and creative. She always gave me her honest opinion about what would and wouldn’t work, which saved me from so many headaches, not to mention time and money. She even came up with the most brilliant idea to give me the floral arch I wanted at just a fraction of the usual cost. My wedding was multicultural, and she did a beautiful job incorporating traditions from both sides seamlessly. Victoria also created signature cocktail drinks for our wedding, and they were such a fun touch. They tasted amazing and our guests loved them. When we had a last minute venue change, she handled it with so much calm and professionalism. She helped me secure a new venue right away and coordinated with all of our vendors, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. I’m so grateful for her service and support throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have done it without her!

    10/10 Would Recommend!

    Our wedding planning has been so smooth with the help from Victoria! She has been organized and detailed from the get to, and we knew exactly what to do by when. In moments where we are indecisive, she provides suggestions that assures our priorities are met. There is always clear, consistent communication among the parties involved. We truly would have been lost if it weren’t for her efforts. Definitely will recommend to my friends!!
