Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Yes! Elite Events Design is led by me, Kelly, and I’ll be your main point of contact throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, I bring in trusted assistants and staff as needed depending on the size and scope of your event. Whether you're booking Day-of Coordination or Full Planning, you'll always have someone experienced, organized, and fully invested in making sure your day runs smoothly.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

That depends on the service you book! For Full & Partial Planning, we typically begin as soon as your date is reserved. You’ll have unlimited email access and a mix of scheduled in-person meetings and Google Meet check-ins throughout the planning process to keep everything on track. For Day-of Coordination, our first official planning meeting takes place approximately 8 weeks before your event, followed by unlimited emails leading up to the big day. We share a Google folder which allows you to upload essential information so that we are completely informed. We will have another google meet prior to the wedding to finalize all the details.

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Yes, we do! In addition to weddings, we love planning bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and other special celebrations. Whether you need help with design, logistics, or full coordination, we offer services tailored to fit your event. Many of our couples choose to bundle wedding planning with pre-wedding events for a seamless, cohesive experience.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

No, we don’t. We believe in giving each couple our full attention and care. When you book with Elite Events Design, your event becomes our top priority—we don’t take on multiple weddings in the same day or weekend. This ensures we're fully focused on you, your vision, and every detail of your celebration.

Why should we hire a wedding planner for a backyard wedding?

Backyard weddings are beautiful and personal—but they’re also full-scale productions! Unlike a venue, your home or private space doesn’t come with staff, timelines, or built-in logistics. That’s where we come in. With our partial planning service, we handle everything from rental coordination, layout planning, vendor scheduling, and even crowd control so your day feels effortless and organized. We troubleshoot behind the scenes, manage setup and cleanup, and make sure nothing is overlooked—from where the caterer parks to where Grandma sits. With us on your team, your backyard transforms into a polished, stress-free wedding experience.

Our pricing is primarily based on the guest count and overall scope of the event. For example, our Day-of Coordination starts at $1,000 for smaller weddings, but the rate increases as the guest list grows. More guests often means larger rental orders, more décor, detailed crowd management, and the need for additional staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. This structure applies across all our packages—because every detail scales with the size and complexity of the celebration. We customize our services to match your needs and provide a clear proposal so there are no surprises.
