Long before your wedding day, I'm thinking through budgets, timelines, vendor logistics, guest flow, design, and backup plans so you don't have to. My goal is for you to remember the hugs, laughter, and people you love—not the things you were worried about.

Elite Events Design specializes in Full and Partial Planning for couples who want expert guidance, strong organization, and a trusted professional carrying every decision through to the wedding day. We book only one wedding per weekend, so your celebration receives our full attention. Day-of Coordination and optional décor setup, rentals, staffing, bar service, and décor transportation are also available when you need tailored support.

Description

From the first major decision through your final send-off, we manage the full planning process: budget creation and tracking, venue and vendor selection, contract review, color palette and event design, rentals and guest logistics, wedding website building, save-the-date and invitation creation, ordering and delivery, and RSVP tracking. We also create the timeline and manage your wedding day from setup through the end of the night.

Partial Planning is ideal for couples who have booked a venue and key vendors but want expert guidance to bring everything together. We provide monthly meetings, budget organization, design support, vendor recommendations and contract review, venue walkthroughs, rental and guest-logistics coordination, and a complete wedding-day timeline. Day-of Coordination is included so your plans are carried through from setup to the final send-off.

Day-of Coordination begins six weeks before your wedding—because a smooth wedding day cannot be handed off at the last minute. We review your plans and contracts, create a detailed master timeline, confirm every vendor, complete the final venue walkthrough, and manage ceremony cues, décor finishing touches, reception transitions, guest flow, and the unexpected. You and your family get to celebrate while our team keeps everything on track.

Our Design & Decor service brings your vision to life with a fully customized experience. We handle sourcing, assembling, styling, and setup of every detail—plus coordinate with your florist, rental team, and lighting pros to ensure a cohesive look. A dedicated setup and breakdown team is included, and luxury design upgrades are available for an additional fee.

    It was Elite!

    From the moment my (now) husband and I had our first video call I knew Kelly was our ‘It’ woman! The 3 of us hit it off so well. Her years of experience and creativity paired very well with the visions we had to make our special day, perfect. We contracted Elite Events Design as our day of coordinator, so we could enjoy all the fruits of our labor and not have to worry about anything, and in the event of something possibly going awry, I knew we were in the best possible hands and I’d likely never have to know about it on or after our wedding day! Hehe My husband and I tried to be very economically and financially responsible, and we didn’t want to buy a ton of things that would never get used again. Kelly learned this about me when she knew we were renting silk flowers for our alter pillars and ordering beautiful bamboo bridesmaid flower bouquets, she was fortunately able to offer some rentable inventory items which made us feel even more comfortable with our choices. We had so much confidence in Kelly’s direction and skillset! On the day of wedding, we were blown away with how organized she was, as there are SO many moving parts & then, we saw the room reveal- she tied our whole vision together (insert biggest sigh of relief!) It was truly the most magical day and we were lucky enough to have Elite Events Design and Kelly in our corner. I would absolutely choose her again for any future events we may have.     Best day of coordinator!

    Kelly is a must have for any wedding or event. Her skills and commitment are incomparable. I am a particular bride and Kelly was able to take my vision and bring it to life as our Day Of Coordinator. I cannot express my gratitude to her and all her hard work on our wedding day. We had planned for months together this sunny beach wedding and it quickly turned into an indoor hurricane party the day of and Kelly was quick to adapt and change up the plans and schedules we had created and make a completely new wedding plan! I am so thankful for her hardwork. Her personality is radiating and I'm so thankful to have had her for our wedding day. I highly recommend Kelly's services to any bride or anyone planning an event!     Best decision ever!

    Hiring Kelly as our partial planner and day of coordinator was the best decision we could have made! It really took so much of the stress out of planning and she thought of things we never would have! The day of my wedding was perfect and my husband and I were truly able to enjoy every minute of it, while all the little details (and some big ones!) were handled.     There is no better assistant for the bride and groom than Kelly and her team at Elite Events Design. We had so many moving parts that we can honestly say we could not have made it through the pre-wedding and wedding day without Kelly and her team! Whether you're booking Day-of Coordination or Full Planning, you'll always have someone experienced, organized, and fully invested in making sure your day runs smoothly.
The time we spend together depends on your package. Full and Partial Planning begin as soon as your date is reserved and include ongoing email access, scheduled planning meetings, Google Meet check-ins, and shared planning documents to keep decisions and deadlines organized. Day-of Coordination begins six weeks before the wedding with a detailed handoff meeting, vendor confirmations, timeline development, and final planning check-ins.
Yes, we do! In addition to weddings, we love planning bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and other special celebrations. Whether you need help with design, logistics, or full coordination, we offer services tailored to fit your event. Many of our couples choose to bundle wedding planning with pre-wedding events for a seamless, cohesive experience.
No, we don’t. We believe in giving each couple our full attention and care. When you book with Elite Events Design, your event becomes our top priority—we don’t take on multiple weddings in the same day or weekend. This ensures we're fully focused on you, your vision, and every detail of your celebration.
Backyard weddings are beautiful and personal—but they’re also full-scale productions! Unlike a venue, your home or private space doesn’t come with staff, timelines, or built-in logistics. That’s where we come in. With our partial planning service, we handle everything from rental coordination, layout planning, vendor scheduling, and even crowd control so your day feels effortless and organized. We troubleshoot behind the scenes, manage setup and cleanup, and make sure nothing is overlooked—from where the caterer parks to where Grandma sits. With us on your team, your backyard transforms into a polished, stress-free wedding experience.
Pricing is based on guest count, complexity, locations, and the level of support you need. Full Planning starts at $6,000, Partial Planning at $3,000, and Day-of Coordination at $1,000. Larger or more logistically complex weddings may require additional assistants, hours, or services. After your complimentary consultation, you'll receive a clear customized proposal so you know exactly what is included.
