Could not have had a better wedding experience
We booked Keyta when the company providing half of our vendors had to be replaced 4 months out from the wedding, and it was the best choice we could have made! I went from feeling stressed to having all vendors rebooked and details being sorted within the first few weeks. Her recommendations were all spot on and her eye for detail is wonderful! She is extremely thoughtful and thorough. Her communication style is prompt, relaxed, and reassuring. As someone who doesn’t advocate for myself much, it was fantastic to have someone there asking vendors all the important questions! Our day was absolutely perfect, and if anything went wrong she did a dang good job of sorting it without us even knowing! I did not stress about a single thing other than the weather, and even that she had plans for. I honestly believe all her efforts made it possible for the wedding day to have been one of the best days of me and my husband’s lives! Could not be more grateful to have found her!

We hired Keyta as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Renault Winery, and she was truly incredible from start to finish. Because she’s local to the venue, she was able to meet us on site multiple times and even met with some of our vendors in advance, which made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. On the day itself, Keyta went above and beyond to ensure every single detail was handled. She coordinated effortlessly with all of our vendors, double-checked timelines, and made sure everyone was fully prepared for our big day. Her professionalism, organization, and calm presence helped us enjoy the day without worry. We’re so grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and the personal touches she added throughout the process. Wedding Day Photo Booth & Audio Guest Book
Keyta was so professional & added so much fun to our wedding day! My husband and I booked her last year for the Photo Booth and audio guest book for our wedding day and everyone raved about how fun both were! She customized our experience to fit our day including the Photo Booth strips and even stayed extra time to allow our guests time to fully utilize both experiences. I can’t recommend her enough and would use her again in the future for any other events.
