With a background in psychology and education, I’ve always been passionate about connecting with and supporting others. After planning my own wedding, I discovered a true passion for helping couples feel calm, confident, and fully present on one of the most important days of their lives. Since 2021, I’ve coordinated weddings with a focus on creating a seamless, stress-free experience while bringing a calm presence and trusted industry expertise to every celebration.

Unlimited communication and consultations from booking through your wedding day, including planning meetings, timeline creation, vendor communication, and recommendations. Wedding day coverage includes up to 10 hours of coordination, décor setup, vendor management, guest direction, ceremony and reception coordination, timeline management, problem-solving, photo assistance, and seamless communication to ensure every detail runs smoothly.

    PERFECT day with A

    Absolutely the BEST day ever thanks to Alyssa!! After many changes getting thrown at us a month out, Alyssa and I worked closely to make sure everything went as planned. Then the day of, I cannot say more than enough good things!!! Set up was so smooth and not once was I involved in set up (which is what I wanted). Alyssa also helped to break down. Basically from the moment we booked Alyssa, she went above and beyond to make our day perfect!! Your Day with A? Should be “Your PERFECT Day with A” how did I forget to mention how much fun she is!!!! Straight up boss babe!!!! Can we get married again to have this interaction again?!

    Your Day With A- 5 Stars!

    I cannot recommend Alyssa enough! We had a backyard wedding and I knew that I wanted a Day of Coordinator so that my family and friends could enjoy themselves instead of having to help me set things up and make sure things ran smoothly throughout the day. Alyssa had a phone call with me to help understand my vision. She was so organized in her documentation, which helped me stay organized. Shortly before the wedding we had another call to finalize everything. When our big day arrived, she was phenomenal! Everything went perfectly, and if it didn't, I didn't know about it. :) Alyssa ensured that all of the things got done that we talked about. Although she was willing to help with so many things, she did a fantastic job bringing our decor and vision to life. Checking in on us throughout the day was also an added bonus. We are forever grateful that we hired Alyssa as our Day of Coordinator for our October 2024 wedding
