When you book your group travel through The Koordinator, your destination wedding planning is complimentary. From resort coordination to detailed timelines and vendor communication, we ensure every moment abroad runs seamlessly. An on-site coordination fee of $1,500 covers travel for my assistant and me so you can relax and enjoy your celebration knowing your team is right there with you, making sure every detail unfolds beautifully.

Perfect for the couple who’s planned it all and wants to enjoy it all. The Koordinator steps in eight weeks before your wedding to tie every detail together — confirming vendors, building timelines, and managing the full day from start to finish. With our expert coordination and calm, polished approach, you’ll be able to relax, celebrate, and trust that every moment is handled with precision and care.

Any couple who books with me has my full undivided attention on the day of their wedding. We only take one wedding a day and if you booked a full/partial planning we have the entire week of your wedding blocked off for you.

My specialty is creating elevated, stress-free experiences that feel personal and intentional, no matter the budget. From timeless garden weddings to vibrant cultural celebrations and destination “I dos,” I bring structure, creativity, and calm to every detail so my couples can truly enjoy their day.
Yes! In addition to weddings, The Koordinator plans bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, corporate events, and galas. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a large-scale production, my team brings the same level of organization, creativity, and luxury detail to every event we design.
The amount of time we’ll spend together depends on your package, but my goal is always to make the process feel easy and enjoyable. For full-planning clients, we typically connect several times each month through meetings, calls, and detailed check-ins. Partial and event-management clients usually begin working closely with me 8–12 weeks before the wedding, with regular communication leading up to your big day. No matter the level of service, you’ll always feel supported, informed, and connected every step of the way.
