As a Bridal Assistant, I’m by your side on the wedding day managing details, timelines, vendor communication, and last-minute needs so you can stay present and enjoy every moment. As a Day-of Coordinator, I execute the plans you’ve created and manage vendors so your day runs smoothly—without relying on family or friends. My goal is simple: to protect your peace and make your day effortless.

Our Partial Planning service is perfect for couples who have secured some of their vendors but need additional guidance, organization, and support. From finalizing the details to managing vendors and executing your vision, we handle the moving pieces so you can focus on enjoying every moment of your special day.

Day-of Coordination is perfect for couples who planned their wedding and want it executed seamlessly. I step in as the main point of contact for vendors, manage the timeline, and handle logistics and unexpected moments. This allows you, your family, and your wedding party to relax and enjoy the day while everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

À La Carte services are designed for brides who want hands-on, personalized support without full coordination. This option focuses on bridal assistance, offering extra help during the wedding week or on the wedding day itself. Support may include managing personal details, handling last-minute needs, assisting with timelines, vendor communication, light setup, or errands as needed.

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Elegance Beyond Borders! From the moment we started working with Brittany, she was professional, attentive, and truly invested in making our wedding day everything we dreamed of. On our wedding day, her along with her team went above and beyond in every way. They handled every detail behind the scenes, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. Their hard work, patience, and attention to detail allowed us to relax and truly enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day so beautiful, seamless, and memorable.     Day of wedding coordination

    Working with Elegance Beyond Borders was such a relief from start to finish. They were quick to respond and always gave us clear answers whenever we had questions, which made the whole planning process feel less stressful. Even though we hired them for day-of coordination services, they offered support in planning the month leading up to the wedding. They actually helped us talk to our other vendors and gave us ideas on how to make the night flow better. On the wedding day itself, they were right there with us—they made sure I ate, stayed close so I could find them whenever I needed something, and helped with setup and cleanup which was incredibly important. I couldn't imagine having gone through the day without that extra layer of support. We felt that that let us just enjoy our celebration.

    Elegance Beyond Borders was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brittany, was the bridal assistant, had a great energy and was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the 14 hour wedding day. She was adept at managing the bride, bridal party, and family members, diffusing any situations with professionalism and efficiency. Despite being relatively new to the industry, Brittany demonstrated impressive skills in managing the day. I would highly recommend Elegance Beyond Borders to any couple looking for a hardworking, organized, and personable bridal assistant.

We provide Morning Reset, Full-Day Bridal Assistance, and Day-of Coordination. Groom assistance is available too. All packages are customizable.
Morning Reset covers up to 8 hours of bridal suite prep, dressing assistance, timeline management, and emotional support. Full-Day extends support up to 12 hours, covering the entire day from prep to reception exit, including dress changes, touch-ups, transitions, and end-of-night support.
We offer hands-on, personalized support from morning prep to reception exit. Our goal is to let you enjoy every moment stress-free, knowing every detail is managed.
A Bridal Assistant is your hands-on support throughout the wedding day. They help with getting dressed, managing accessories, coordinating the bridal party, keeping everything on schedule, assisting with touch-ups or dress changes, and providing calm, stress-free support—so you can fully enjoy your day without worrying about details.
