    Bartender for 5/23 Wedding!

    Krissi was an absolute dream during the cocktail hour and dinner. We met with her a few times to make sure we were happy with our custom cocktails and it was 100% worth it, our guests loved everything she made! I got so many compliments from our guests about how great she was. On the day of, our outdoor reception got rained out and plans had to change to a much smaller indoor space, but she was key to making sure there were no issues and everything still went according to plan. With so many things going wrong the day of I was so happy to know I didn't have to worry about the drinks. I would 100% use her again.

    The perfect bartender

    We couldn’t have asked for a better bartender for our wedding! She was incredibly professional from start to finish, and her bar setup and decorations looked absolutely beautiful — it fit right in with our wedding vibe. Our signature cocktail was a grapefruit crush, which our guests loved, and when we realized we had forgotten to plan a mocktail, she stepped in and created a cranberry mint mocktail on the spot that was just as big of a hit. That level of creativity and flexibility meant so much to us. She kept the drinks and beer flowing smoothly all night, handled everything with total ease, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our guests were happy. We received so many compliments about the bar! We highly recommend her for any event — she was an absolute star.

    Krissi was a pleasure to work with! We got married on 10/11 and booked Krissi to serve some delicious drinks to our guests. Krissi came up with two signature drinks along with a mocktail that were divine. She was incredibly professional and kind throughout the pre-wedding prep as well as on the big day. As a queer couple, it can be difficult to find accepting vendors and Krissi was just that from the start! She served each drink with a smile and came extremely prepared with anything you might be looking for: tea, lemonade, jugs, a sign, ice, you name it. Would highly recommend!

    It was an amazing experience! As always the wedding day was hectic, but I did not have to be concerned a bit with the bar because it was managed so well. Thanks for the special care and consideration you showed us and our guests! I could never recommend them enough!

    Amazing bartender

    We were so lucky to have Krissy as the bartender for our wedding, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the start, she was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything behind the bar was exactly what we wanted. She worked with us to create a fun and creative mocktail menu that was a huge hit with our guests, and she served beer and wine with efficiency and ease—all while bringing a warm, positive energy that made everyone feel welcome. Due to liquor laws, we are a dry hire mobile bar. This means we supply skilled bartenders who can craft a variety of cocktails and mocktails, from classic recipes to custom creations designed for the occasion.
The most significant advantage is cost effectiveness! There's no minimum guest count or amount of alcohol you have to purchase to secure our services. Another benefit is that you control the alcohol brands we serve - and we can even recommend the most cost-effective liquor stores in your area!
We handle the alcohol math - simple and stress free for you!
If you already have a drink in mind, we'll make it! Otherwise, with a few simple questions, we can create a delicious signature drink, clearing the recipe with you first! Don't like the idea? We'll keep working together until you love it!
There are two options: one is to allow your bartender to have a tip jar. If that doesn't align with your vision, we can also add a 20% automatic gratuity.
Yes, we do have a service contract to protect both you as a client and us as a company. A 20% deposit is required to secure your date, which is applied to your final balance. If you cancel our services any less than 30 days before your event, the deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the invoice must be paid within 14 days of your event.
An invoice will be emailed to you. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
We travel within a 75 mile radius of Hagerstown, MD. We can travel up to 150 miles for an additional fee.
Your bartender will arrive 60-90 minutes before your event. This is not included in the number of hours you contract us for.
All of our bartenders wear branded button-down shirts or polos (typically black) for a professional look, unless you have a theme or aesthetic you would like us to match.
Yes, our prices begin at $400 for 4 hours of bartending service.
We recommend meeting 2 - 3 times. The first time will go over what your vision is, how many guests you're looking at, etc. The second meeting will be closer to your RSVP date so we can discuss how much alcohol, etc you will need. The final meeting will be if you wish to taste the signature drinks. All meeting except the third can take place virtually, over the phone, or via email - your choice!
If your venue lacks a bar area, we offer a portable bar setup for you. Please note, there is a nominal rental fee.
