We take time to get to know you, show up ready to celebrate with your people, and make sure the bar adds to the energy of the night - not takes away from it. Your wedding deserves that. Love y’all.

We offer bartending services, yard game enhancements, bridal suite getting ready packages, and dozens of other add-ons to make your day especially yours. Packages starting at $2000 include four signature cocktails in every package and our beautiful shatterproof drinkware.

    Contract Issues and No Refund

    I booked Cheers Mobile Bartending LLC on June 21, 2026 and paid the 400 deposit. I canceled eight days later on June 29, 2026 because my venue fell through. The wedding date was still 11 months away, and they had provided no services at all, yet they refused to refund the deposit. I later discovered the contract wasn’t even signed by them, meaning it wasn’t valid. When I pointed this out, they still refused to refund me. Instead of responding professionally, the owner went back and signed the already‑cancelled contract more than two weeks after booking and over a week after cancellation. That alone tells you everything you need to know. In my experience, this business was unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to act in good faith. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Hey Amber! Thanks for your response. We never want to let our couples down! Our contract states that our deposit is non-refundable. Not having signed it was just an oversight, but it does not change the terms of the contract. That was our mistake, and I do apologize for that. We offered to change the date of your wedding day or make any other accommodations we could to be a part of your day. As a small business, we operate based on the payments we receive. I completely understand plans change, and we try to be as understanding as possible. Which is why we never hold our clients accountable for the rest of their fee once their weddings are cancelled. I hope you can understand that we’re not able to offer refunds even when plans change. It’s hard to run a small business and I’m sorry if we missed the mark with you on this.     Cheers! Our bartenders were amazing—friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. They poured wonderful drinks and brought a cute, cohesive aesthetic with their glassware and setup. They provided all the mixers while we supplied the alcohol, which made everything seamless and easy. We also provided an extra bar, and they were so accommodating in working with us so we could use the thrifted bar my mom and I found. It was perfect having two bars—one on the lawn and one under the tent—which helped everything flow smoothly. They were very open and kind, and even attended our wedding walkthrough, which we truly loved and appreciated. Our guests had a great experience, and everything ran so well thanks to their team.

    Amazing Cocktails for our Welcome Party!!

    We used Cheers Mobile Bartending LLC for our pre-wedding event on November 7th and were elated with our experience. From our first communication, Katie was personable and extremely flexible with bringing our event together. Working with her team was an easy process as was purchasing for the event. She also helped take the stress out of planning this event and injected fun into it with the range of personalized cocktails available for the event. We selected an apple cider margarita that was a perfect choice for early November and a huge hit with our guests. Overall, we would easily recommend Cheers Mobile Bartending!

    Amazing!!

    Cheers Mobile Bartending was incredible for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication was prompt and helpful as we planned the bar services for our special day. On the day of, their team brought a fun, creative energy that really set the tone for our guests. They made unique signage and custom drinks that incorporated our dogs into the drink menu, which everyone loved. Cheers helped make our wedding celebration feel so personal and special. Yes, you will need a single day banquet license from VA ABC. We’re here to help you walk through this process and even frame it for you so it’s on display at your event.
