Welcome! I’m so excited you’re here. I’m Candice Moore, Founder & Senior Planner of The Styled Stem, a Philadelphia-based wedding planning design studio serving the East Coast from NY to the DMV. The Styled Stem came to be as a result of my undying passion for seamless and logistically sound events. Combining that with my design expertise capturing natural beauty ensures your wedding day will be as unique and beautiful as your love story. For many years, I arranged florals for personal enjoyment, for weddings, holiday gatherings, and more.

Over 15 years ago I decided to marry that passion with my strong attention to detail and obsession with organizing events, managing timelines and overall making friends, family and clients happy. We focus on creating a personalized wedding experience from the minute you start planning your special day to the moment you say “I do.” We’d love to work with you and would be honored to provide our unique approach to wedding planning to curate your dream wedding day.

    The Best Wedding Investment We Made

    If you’re debating whether to hire a wedding coordinator, stop searching and book Candice and her team. It was, without a doubt, the best investment we made for our wedding, and I cannot recommend her and her services highly enough. We were looking for a day-of wedding coordinator, but after our very first conversation with Candice, we knew she was the perfect fit. She is incredibly organized, personable, calming, and realistic. Although she was technically our day-of coordinator, she went so far beyond that role. We met monthly in the months leading up to the wedding, then weekly during the final month (and even twice a week when needed). She was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure every detail was covered. One of the things that impressed us most was how organized she is. Candice has an incredible collection of planning tools, checklists, timelines, and spreadsheets that keep every detail on track. She also takes the initiative to communicate not only with your vendors, but with your wedding party, immediate family, and anyone else you would like involved. Knowing everyone was informed and on the same page made the planning process and wedding day feel seamless. As a Type A person, one of my biggest challenges was trusting someone else to take control of a day I had dreamed about for years. Candice earned that trust completely. By the time the wedding arrived, I had absolute confidence in her. My response to everyone, from my bridal party to our families and vendors, was simply, “Go ask Candice.” I knew she had everything under control. Like any wedding day, there were a few unexpected moments and parts of the timeline that ran longer than planned. Candice handled every situation effortlessly and with such professionalism that I wasn’t even aware of many of them until after the wedding. When emotions or stress began to rise, she calmly brought everyone back down, including family members, and kept the day moving seamlessly. We truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Candice and Clarice (pictured because we asked our photog to take this). They took every worry off our shoulders and allowed my husband and me to be fully present, soak in every moment, and simply enjoy our wedding day with our family, friends, and wedding party instead of focusing on logistics. That is an incredible gift. What surprised us most was that Candice became so much more than our wedding coordinator, she became someone who genuinely felt like family. We looked forward to every meeting and every phone call, and now that the wedding is over, we truly miss our chats with her. That speaks volumes about the kind of person she is and the relationships she builds with her couples. If I could give more than 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Candice and Clarice, for making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be and more. We are forever grateful for everything you did for us.

    Calm, Professional, Upbeat, Organized

    Working on our clients' wedding with The Styled Stem was a pleasure. From start to finish, her communication was clear and timely. What really impressed me was how proactive she stayed—when the plans shifted, she kept us in the loop seamlessly, which allowed my tem to focus on our work.     Winter Wonderland Wedding with The Styled Stem

    Candice, of The Styled Stem is a gem! If you are getting married and don't have a wedding planner yet, run, don't walk, to Candice! I'm a pretty type-A person and a planner, so I knew enough to realize that I probably didn't have enough experience planning a wedding and would need some help. We happened upon her at a wedding expo and clicked right away. So, we engaged with Candice for "Day of" planning services. And let me tell you, it really wasn't just day of - she project managed us, gave us ideas and suggestions, and good old experience and guidance for 9-10 months before the wedding. It was worth EVERY. PENNY. Seriously! I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding, and to be honest, the planning process was pretty low-stress too! I got to be present and enjoy everything about my wedding. And everything went off without a hitch (as far as I know, lol!) I was thrilled with how everything turned out and couldn't be more ecstatic with Candice, Ariana, and the team at The Styled Stem. The day was even better than I imagined, and you can't put a price on that 3

    Truly the Best Planners in the World

    Candice and her team at The Styled Stem are simply the best wedding planners we could have asked for. Their communication was quick, helpful, and incredibly detailed throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly amazing - they were so thorough and made our wedding day feel so personal. They supported us in every decision, advocating for us every step of the way. They took away all of our stress by seamlessly handling all of the details at the end of the night too. As a bride who was worried at every turn, Candice was there with constant reassurance, thoughtful tips, and a clear action plan. She made the lead up and day of our wedding completely seamless, and her kind, personable demeanor was exactly what we needed.     Perfect Day of Coordinator for Anxious Bride

    The Styled Stem was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very start, they were extremely easy to communicate with, on-top of all the follow-ups, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. In the days leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, they made sure everything went so smoothly - keeping my (the bride's) anxiety at bay and ensuring my vision was executed perfectly. Rae, our main contact, truly kept my husband and I in the moment all day, making sure we knew exactly where we needed to be and when, and staying by our side to handle anything we needed so we could just enjoy our special day.
