My journey into the wedding industry may be unconventional, but it has given me the skills and expertise to execute flawless events with ease. I started my career as a civil engineer, managing large-scale projects where problem-solving, attention to detail, and seamless coordination were essential. While I loved the technical side of it, what truly excited me was bringing a vision to life—orchestrating every moving piece to ensure a successful outcome. Now, I’ve combined my love for organization and creativity into wedding coordination and event planning, where I help couples turn their dream weddings into reality.

    Best Decision Made

    I can't stress how amazing it was to work with Bashan / Eventbay for our wedding. We reached out for day of (really month of) coordination and I'm so glad we did. Although we had all of the big items completed as far as planning, it was extremely beneficial to have Bashan supporting us and calling out the little items that easily fell through the cracks due to our non-existent wedding planning experience. Bashan and her amazing team made it so that the month leading up to our wedding and the entire day moved smoothly and seamlessly. She had coordination calls with all of our vendors, a portal that tracked all communications and files, and was appropriately available to answer our questions and nudge us if we forgot something. If you have not decided on having a coordinator or planner for your wedding all I can say is definitely do it and Eventbay should be at the top of your list!

    Professional, Organized, and Truly a Pleasure!

    I’m the owner of Nines & Co. Candle Rentals, and we’ve now had the pleasure of working with Bashan on two weddings — both absolutely seamless experiences! She is so professional, organized, and kind, making it effortless for vendors to do their part and trust that every detail will come together beautifully. For both weddings, we were able to come in, set up, and know that Bashan would handle everything from there — including making sure all of our candles were perfectly glowing for guests to enjoy a romantic, candlelit reception. She communicates so well leading up to the event and keeps everyone informed throughout the day. Yes, EventBay offers comprehensive event planning services beyond weddings, including showers, rehearsal dinners, and other special occasions. Our services encompass everything from initial consultations to day-of coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
In order to give your wedding the time and dedication it deserves we only do one wedding per day or per weekend.
Absolutely! One of the main reasons to have a wedding coordinator is to handle any last-minute changes or unexpected issues on the day of the wedding. Whether it’s a weather delay, a vendor running behind, or an emergency last-minute adjustment, we’ll take care of it so you can focus on enjoying your day.
We’re happy to work with your preferred vendors, but if you need recommendations, we have a list of trusted professionals we’ve worked with over the years. We want to make sure the vendors you choose align with your vision and style, so we’re here to help guide you through that process. This list is included for all partial or full planning packages, it is at a cost for month/day of coordination.
We can be as involved as you want us to be! Remember, this is your wedding, your way! So you run the show and plan your wedding with your wants, and we’ll work with you to finalize the timeline, make vendor confirmations, and ensure everything is in place. There will likely be plenty of opportunities for us to give input and help make decisions (if you'd like us to!), but we’re here to take care of the logistics and details for the day of. We want to ensure coordination of the planning process is as stress-free as possible for you.
We can absolutely assist with setting up "final touches", such as, setting out programs, reserved signs, menu cards, place cards, etc. We do not currently offer full setup or tear down services as apart of any package. If you need help with decorating, setting up ceremony chairs, or organizing personal items, we can upgrade your service with this add-on for an additional charge to make sure your venue looks perfect! This team can also handle post-event cleanup to make sure everything is taken care of so you can enjoy your celebration.
Partially. If we're traveling more than an hour’s drive outside of the Anne Arundel County area, mileage will be at a billable rate. The fee does not include accommodations for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. If hopping on a plane, it also doesn’t include that ticket price.
