I have over 20 years experience in helping brides and grooms either plan their weddings or providing month of or day of service. Over the 20 years, there's just too many weddings to count! All weddings are very special to me!

Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Accepted Answer

I have a team of wedding coordinators and assistants. My website highlights my team and their experience. I work with a bride gathering all the information dotting every I and crossing every T. I develop a detailed timeline and share that timeline with the vendors. The onsite management on your wedding day is given to one of my lead coordinators. That coordinator will be on some of the virtual meetings so that you can bond with your onsite coordinator. If I plan a wedding, I do my very best to be onsite for part of the wedding. I love to see the outcome!!

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Yes, if you have a special event, we will plan it and be on site for the actual event. We also have an interactive mirror photo booth that is perfect for your next party or event!

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

If I'm planning your entire wedding, I meet with you once a month to stay on top of the Planning Calendar and appointments with the various vendors! You will spend a lot of time with me! If we are providing a month of day of service, we will have 4 meetings spread out throughout your planning process, we attend the final walkthrough at the venue. I am very involved in both processes!

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

The only way we can take multiple weddings in one day is to assign them to different Coordinators. There's no way one coordinator can do more than one wedding in one day. Your coordinator will be onsite with you approximately 2-3 hours before the start of the ceremony and an hour after the reception ends, packing up your personal items and getting them to designated cars. The same with weekends, each wedding would have its own coordinator. My coordinators do not split their time between two weddings. Our focus is on YOU for your very special wedding day!

Why should I hire a coordinator if my venue provides a coordinator?

The venue coordinator's primary focus is within the venue, making sure everything is good with the venue and that things are running smoothly. If food is onsite, making sure the food come out in a timely manner. The venue coordinator may help you line up the bridal party and help the guests know where to be, but she didn't work with you months before your wedding making sure every detail is covered. Hiring us as your coordinators will ensure that every detail you have planned happens the way you want it. We also manage the timeline and coordinate with the vendors.

Why should I invest in a Wedding Planner?

Your life is very busy with work and everything else you have going on. Planning a wedding is consuming and will overwhelm you at some point. There are too many things that could slip through the cracks. Your wedding planner will suggest professional vendors, make appointments, and will not let any details be missed. A Planner has the eyes and ears to see and listen to your vision and to help you carry out that vision. You cannot put a limitation on the value of having a professional lead you through this very complicated and overwhelming process.

You and your finance are free to enjoy your engagement together without constantly talking about wedding logistics!	Our process is to chat with you to find out what planning has been done. We will advise you on what's left to be done and then will work with you to plan the rest of your wedding!	You have planned every part of your wedding but might be feeling nervous about how the day is going to go since you'll be a little busy being the bride! This service if for you! Our process is to chat with you before your wedding day to gather all the details so that we know exactly how you want things on your wedding day! We'll coordinate the rehearsal and develop a detailed timeline.	I offer hourly consultations.
