Hi, I'm Charlene, My passion is weddings! It's my absolute joy to work with you to create a memorable wedding or event. I discovered my passion for weddings and events when I helped with Decor and set-up in a large church. I pursued my passion by taking college courses for wedding consulting. I went on to earn my Planning Certification through American Association of Wedding Professionals (AAWP.) I've always been an organizer, administrator, and communicator and this career allows me to use my extraordinary God-given talents for my clients . I live and breathe weddings! My team is awesome and ready to help you in the Delmarva & Florida.

In my 20+ years of planning weddings, each wedding is still new and fresh. I love each and every one of my weddings! When I see a bride in her gown, even when I'm not the Coordinator, I take a few moments to swoon. We coordinate and plan very smooth weddings with no stress to you! We make sure that every detail is carried out on your wedding day and throughout the planning process. We are creative, resourceful, and full of advice. I have seen a lot of weddings over the years! I will steer you away from bad vendors and will lead you to the very best in our industry. You are my sole focus! BASED IN FL but my team operates in the DELMARVA area

Planning a wedding is overwhelming but not for us! This is where we truly excel. Your time is valuable! We will do your legwork. We will chat with you about your vision and determine what type of venue you are looking for. We will then secure all the other vendors and will make sure nothing is forgotten! You and your finance are free to enjoy your engagement together without constantly talking about wedding logistics!

Our process is to chat with you to find out what planning has been done. We will advise you on what's left to be done and then will work with you to plan the rest of your wedding!

You have planned every part of your wedding but might be feeling nervous about how the day is going to go since you'll be a little busy being the bride! This service if for you! Our process is to chat with you before your wedding day to gather all the details so that we know exactly how you want things on your wedding day! We'll coordinate the rehearsal and develop a detailed timeline.

    Your Day Your Way LLC was the perfect wedding planning team for our special day. From the start, their communication was always punctual, organized, and easy-going, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly beyond words - they had an over the top attention to detail that made our wedding day feel extra special. They handled all communication and organization with our vendors, and their beautiful decor and coordination kept the bridal party calm and the party hyped up! this amazing team made sure we didn't know of any issues until after the wedding happened.     Best day-of planners & good pricing

    Your Day Your Way LLC was truly amazing to work with for our wedding. Charlene and her team communicated with us constantly, keeping us informed every step of the way. They truly cared about making our day special and everything turned out exactly how I had envisioned. If there were any problems, Tia took care of them and we had no idea - she was incredibly attentive and professional. They put my mind at ease throughout the whole process and made planning our wedding so easy. I can't recommend Your Day Your Way LLC enough, they are the best wedding planners around!

    Thank you Jody. The tables were gorgeous - you did such a good job supplying everything that was necessary to set your Decor up exactly the way you wanted it. Supplying us with a list of everything we were to set up as well pictures were fantastic! We enjoyed seeing it all come together, it was truly beautiful.

    Grateful for an Expert, Caring Wedding Team

    We are so grateful to have worked with such a wonderful team for our wedding at The Cloisters Castle! From the very beginning, Charlene was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the pre-wedding planning process.     I HIGHLY recommend Charlene and her team

    Charlene came to my rescue when my previous coordinator dipped on me and took my money about a month prior to our date. I had asked for referrals from a vendor, and he suggested Charlene, and she quickly requested a consultation. As soon as we hired her, she jumped into action asking for all my contracts and information I had since I already did most of the things. Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Charlene, and her assistants Megan and Rene brought all my ideas to life better than I imagined! I was very happy with their service and their friendly/positive vibes. They were very quick with timings and helped me with everything, that I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I wish I had hired Charlene from the beginning, but things happen for a reason! I have over 20 years experience in helping brides and grooms either plan their weddings or providing month of or day of service. Over the 20 years, there's just too many weddings to count! All weddings are very special to me!
I have a team of wedding coordinators and assistants. My website highlights my team and their experience. I work with a bride gathering all the information dotting every I and crossing every T. I develop a detailed timeline and share that timeline with the vendors. The onsite management on your wedding day is given to one of my lead coordinators. That coordinator will be on some of the virtual meetings so that you can bond with your onsite coordinator. If I plan a wedding, I do my very best to be onsite for part of the wedding. I love to see the outcome!!
Yes, if you have a special event, we will plan it and be on site for the actual event. We also have an interactive mirror photo booth that is perfect for your next party or event!
If I'm planning your entire wedding, I meet with you once a month to stay on top of the Planning Calendar and appointments with the various vendors! You will spend a lot of time with me! If we are providing a month of day of service, we will have 4 meetings spread out throughout your planning process, we attend the final walkthrough at the venue. I am very involved in both processes!
The only way we can take multiple weddings in one day is to assign them to different Coordinators. There's no way one coordinator can do more than one wedding in one day. Your coordinator will be onsite with you approximately 2-3 hours before the start of the ceremony and an hour after the reception ends, packing up your personal items and getting them to designated cars. The same with weekends, each wedding would have its own coordinator. My coordinators do not split their time between two weddings. Our focus is on YOU for your very special wedding day!
The venue coordinator's primary focus is within the venue, making sure everything is good with the venue and that things are running smoothly. If food is onsite, making sure the food come out in a timely manner. The venue coordinator may help you line up the bridal party and help the guests know where to be, but she didn't work with you months before your wedding making sure every detail is covered. Hiring us as your coordinators will ensure that every detail you have planned happens the way you want it. We also manage the timeline and coordinate with the vendors.
Your life is very busy with work and everything else you have going on. Planning a wedding is consuming and will overwhelm you at some point. There are too many things that could slip through the cracks. Your wedding planner will suggest professional vendors, make appointments, and will not let any details be missed. A Planner has the eyes and ears to see and listen to your vision and to help you carry out that vision. You cannot put a limitation on the value of having a professional lead you through this very complicated and overwhelming process.
