Hi, we’re Jacob & Shá, the husband-and-wife team behind Very Bespoke Events. Our journey began while planning our own wedding, when we couldn’t find décor that matched the level of luxury and intention we envisioned—so we created it. Today, we specialize in extensive planning timelines, faux and fresh florals, escort walls, luxury draping, sand candles, bespoke signage, seating charts, and full-scale décor design. Through immersive 3D mockups, we allow our clients to fully visualize their day before it arrives. What began as just the two of us has grown into a passionate team of 15, all sharing one goal: to make your day as special as you are

Let us take the reins with full planning from 18 months before your wedding! We handle every detail, from vendor sourcing, contract reviews, budgeting, and inspo boards to creative design, 3D renderings, rentals, and custom signage. Includes unlimited walkthroughs, 12+ hours onsite, Large Scale Decor setup + take down (15-25), guest accommodations, timeline building, emergency kit, & exclusives. You dream it, we’ll bring it to life seamlessly.

We curate destination weddings for couples who expect elevated design and effortless execution. From international logistics and elite vendor sourcing to bespoke styling, guest experience, and flawless timelines, every detail is intentionally managed. Expect editorial-level aesthetics, white-glove planning, thoughtful coordination across time zones, and a calm, luxury experience—wherever in the world you choose to say “I do.”

Includes a 1-hr consult, Source 3 top vendors, budget guidance, contract review, seating/RVSP help, $200 rental credit, free custom mirror sign, design support, vendor comm., 10 hrs day-of planning, family support, setup/takedown (10–15 tables) & up to 10 ceremony aisle decor setup , rehearsal, 2 walkthroughs, final confirmations, and an emergency kit.

    Beautiful floral arrangements & fabric drapings

    We couldn’t be happier with our floral arrangements from Very Bespoke Events! The custom floral arch and arrangements were beyond beautiful, and the best part was knowing they would last the entire day. The quality was outstanding, and it made our wedding feel so unique and elegant. We received so many compliments on how stunning everything looked and people kept asking if they were real haha. The fabric drapings were also amazing!

At Very Bespoke Events, we specialize in creating personalized, luxurious experiences tailored to your vision. Our design services include custom floral arches, bespoke draping, and detailed mock-ups so you can see exactly what your event will look like before the big day. We pride ourselves on our commitment to perfection, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully executed to make your event truly unforgettable.
Absolutely! Our bespoke decor, including faux floral arches, champagne walls, and custom backdrops, is available for rental even if you don’t book our planning services. However, planning clients receive exclusive discounts on our decor rentals and styling services.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate events beyond the Frederick area. However, for events located more than 40 miles outside of Frederick, an additional travel fee will apply. This fee helps cover transportation costs for our team and equipment.
We are delighted to bring our services to your out-of-state event! Please note that travel fees for out-of-state events will include costs for airfare, hotel accommodations, and transportation for our team. These fees cover our presence and coordination only, as decor and larger installations are not included for events requiring air travel.
We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your event date, especially during peak wedding season. Our custom designs and detailed planning process take time to perfect, so reaching out 9-12 months in advance is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability, but early planning ensures a seamless and stress-free experience.
