Ultimate Dreams Package: This is your wedding, your way but with all the help with each step and detail. From venue and vendor selection, attending all meetings with you (or on your behalf) and everything in between, this package is for those couples who want all the support as you go through the planning process. Perfect for those who are not local, or just simply too busy for all the research involved in planning.

Sweet Dreams package offers everything included in the Day Dreams package with extra support in 3 categories. You select what you want additional research, meetings, etc. and we will be there with you at every step. Haven't found the perfect venue? Don't know how to pull together the look with flowers, décor and theme? Don't have the time to create, stuff, stamp, mail and receive RSVPs with your invitations? Don't worry! You choose - we help!

We serve as an advisor for all your wedding-related questions during the planning process, not just show up on the wedding day and hope that the plans are in place! We will help you develop an event timeline, review vendor contracts and manage all the rehearsal and “day-of” details. This package is technically an event management package since we begin planning 6 months out to ensure all the details are covered and know your preferences.

From the very start of the event to the final send-off, Stephanie Day was nothing short of incredible. She was organized, calm, and completely in tune with every aspect of the day. What impressed me most was her ability to support the bride and groom so gracefully—always present when needed, yet never disruptive to the natural flow of the event. She instinctively knew when to step in to help position details or gently guide the timeline so we could capture the most beautiful moments, all without making it feel staged or rushed. Her awareness and collaboration made it so much easier for me to do my job—and more importantly, allowed the couple to stay relaxed and enjoy their day.     Stephanie Day Events and Travel provided the clear, concise communication and dedicated, necessary service that made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Steph completely allowed us to just enjoy the moments - we had no worries at all, as she expertly handled every detail. Her recommendations for the DJ and photographer were excellent, and she had a wonderful working relationship with the day-of coordinator, complementing the team seamlessly.     I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. We hired Stephanie for her full-service wedding planning package, and it was easily the best decision we made in the wedding planing process. As someone who was very overwhelmed by the prospect of planning a wedding, I knew that I needed someone to walk me through the process and recommend different vendors for our big day, and Stephanie went above and beyond to help make our day special. Stephanie is so organized, communicative, and easy to work with. We spent about 18 months planning our wedding, and she was with us each step of the way. The sheer amount of wedding vendors can be incredibly overwhelming. Not only was Stephanie was great about recommending vendors that fit within our budget and were familiar with our venue, but she also recommended vendors that fit with our personalities. Everyone vendor she recommend was perfect, which speaks not only to her skill as a wedding planner, but her knowledge of the industry as a whole. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie took care of everything- all we had to worry about was enjoining our day and time with our guests. She made sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch. Stephanie really took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple, and helped ensure that our day was perfect.
