Jazmine and her team at Bellevate Concierge made planning our wedding so much easier than we expected. She communicated with us in a clear, straightforward way and was always quick to respond when we had questions. The month before our wedding and especially that final week, Jazmine stepped up and handled everything from coordinating with all our vendors to setting up floral arrangements for both the ceremony and reception. On the day itself, she kept everything running on schedule, broke down all the decor, and made sure every detail came together seamlessly. What impressed us most was how organized and talented her team is, all while keeping their pricing reasonable. We honestly don't know what we would have done without Jazmine's help, and we can't recommend Bellevate Concierge enough.

Incredible coordinator!
I can't thank Jazmine and Shanika enough for everything they did to make our wedding day run smoothly. Working with Jazmine in the lead up was an easy and thorough process. She has amazing systems in place, thinks of everything, and was incredibly flexible and communicative. I was able to enjoy our special day because of them, and I will be forever grateful!

Flawless service!!
Bellevate Concierge was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was clear, concise, kind, timely, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly outstanding - they were so organized, supportive, and professional, going above and beyond at every turn. They handled so many things behind the scenes that I never even caught wind of, truly taking the stress away from me on a day that shouldn't be stressful. They picked up on every detail I wanted during the planning handover without me needing to repeat it several times, and were so detail-oriented. They really eased my stress in the last few weeks before the wedding. My sister, who has been in 5 bridal parties, said Jasmine and her team are the best day-of coordinators she has ever experienced - a huge compliment since she is very particular. I would 100% recommend Bellevate Concierge to any future brides looking for someone to ease their worries and make their wedding day truly special.

Bellevate is a must have for any wedding
Jazmine is a true professional and a master at her craft. She was the day of coordinator for my wedding in October 2025 and although she was “day of” I truly felt like she was my partner during the entire process. She is so wildly organized and knew the flow of the day down to the minute, knew all of the vendors by name and had her amazing sister on sight for the wedding decor and extra hands to make sure everything went smoothly. She helped source and inspect all decor before we got close to the wedding date to make sure everything was good quality and useful. She is worth every penny and even after paying for an entire wedding- I think I should have paid her more. She was reassuring, calm, kind and so squared away. All brides need a day of coordinator and all brides should hire Bellevate. I will genuinely miss talking to and planning with her!

The actual wedding of my dreams!
Bellevate Concierge was an invaluable partner in planning our wedding. Their communication style was prompt, attentive, and solution-based, which put us at ease throughout the entire process.
