At Sunset Florals LLC, we want to establish connection with my clients to make their floral vision come true, create beautiful designs and pieces that make a statement, strive to use eco-friendly techniques, and be a part of giving back to my community. I have a unique career background in occupational therapy and event planning/coordination. I truly love helping others and identifying their needs/desires to make a statement with flowers on their wedding day. We offer floral preservation (pressed florals) for our clients.

We strive to provide the best customer service and high-quality work with every client. We value connecting with our potential and current clients throughout the wedding planning process to truly understand their wedding vision. When working with us, you are supporting multiple small business and the environment because we get local flowers as much as possible! We take the time to discuss options to avoid throwing away the flowers after your event & will help coordinate. We offer floral preservation options directly with me so you don't have to deal with shipping your flowers. Booking 2025/2026!

Description

Minimum is $5,000 for this package. Full-services for you event include: future consults to finalize details of your vision, mood board creation more details such as colors/flowers & discussion, venue visit when needed, email communications, design, delivery, set-up, repurposing, teardown the day of the event, and donation coordination if desired for after the event. Rentals are an option to meet your needs and will be able to be set up and broken down by my team.

    Sunset Florals originally came to me as a recommendation from my photographer, but the second I met Rachel I knew I had to work with her! She immediately understood our vision, asked all the right questions, and her enthusiasm for what she does is infectious. The real "cherry on top" was discovering that I already had a photo of her work on my vision board! The day of our wedding, she was so hands-on and helpful - not only were guests raving about how beautiful the flowers were, our wedding coordinator, family, and venue staff also had nothing but compliments for how great the entire Sunset Florals team was to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

    Sunset Florals LLC was a fantastic choice for our wedding florals. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent - they were always quick to respond to our questions and kept us informed throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, their work truly shone. The hair pieces, candles, and other decor they provided were locally sourced, vibrant, and fresh, adding such a beautiful and personal touch to our special day. They also ensured a prompt and seamless set up and takedown, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration.
