At Sunset Florals LLC, we want to establish connection with my clients to make their floral vision come true, create beautiful designs and pieces that make a statement, strive to use eco-friendly techniques, and be a part of giving back to my community. I have a unique career background in occupational therapy and event planning/coordination. I truly love helping others and identifying their needs/desires to make a statement with flowers on their wedding day. We offer floral preservation (pressed florals) for our clients.

We strive to provide the best customer service and high-quality work with every client. We value connecting with our potential and current clients throughout the wedding planning process to truly understand their wedding vision. When working with us, you are supporting multiple small business and the environment because we get local flowers as much as possible! We take the time to discuss options to avoid throwing away the flowers after your event & will help coordinate. We offer floral preservation options directly with me so you don't have to deal with shipping your flowers. Booking 2024/2025!

Description

To meet a range of budgets and needs, we offer services where your florals such as bridal bouquets can be picked up or delivered. You or the venue must be located within a 30 mile radius to my studio location. These services do not include breakdown services during your event. No rentals are offered in this service. This is a great option for elopements, small intimate weddings, or those not wanting full services.

Full-Service

Price$4,000

Description

Minimum is $4,000 for this package. Full-services for you event include: future consults to finalize details of your vision, mood board creation more details such as colors/flowers & discussion, venue visit when needed, email communications, design, delivery, set-up, repurposing, teardown the day of the event, and donation coordination if desired for after the event. Doing rentals is an option to meet your needs and will be able to be set up and broken down by my team.

    Rachel was incredible to work with! We haven’t stopped receiving compliments about our flower arrangements and how beautiful they were. I can’t wait to get my bouquet pressed frame!!! Communicating with her was so easy. She was also so flexible when we had some last minute changes. Her mood boards were so helpful and really helped us envision our florals!     My husband and I had the joy of being the couple in a styled wedding photoshoot, with flowers provided by Sunset Florals. Rachel provided the most beautiful, fresh blooms in a variety of arrangements. She crafted a gorgeous ceremony arch with a surplus of cascading flowers and greenery. She thought to attach flowers to the garden swing located on the farm. The bouquet was stunning, and the arrangements on the reception table were whimsical and fun! It’s easy to spot a florist who has an eye for little details and can arrange flowers in a way that’s interesting, classic, natural, and eye catching. Rachel somehow is able to do this with ease! She’s also a sweetheart and puts love and attention into everything she does. If you’re looking for a florist who is calm, talented, detail oriented, and will put a lot of love and care into your event, I highly recommend Sunset Florals!!

    Sunset Florals recently did the floral arrangements for my wedding and they were nothing short of stunning! Rachel was very organized and was able to take a general idea of colors and come up with flowers and an arrangement that worked perfectly and was incredibly beautiful! She communicated well with my husband and I and made a mood board so we could see samples of the plan. Rachel was able to describe the flowers and how she could use them (even the temperamental ones I really wanted lol) to make the different arrangements, thinking through every detail of where the flowers would look beautiful at our wedding and reception locations. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly and turned out more beautiful than I pictured! She was able to repurpose flowers from the arch to make a beautiful table display on our head table and added extra greenery to tie everything together. Rachel was incredibly thoughtful and conscientious of our budget as well as passionate about re-purposing the flowers to ensure they were enjoyed beyond just the day of our wedding! Rachel's passion for flowers, communication, and attention to detail made for a beautiful and smooth day with memories I'll cherish for a lifetime.     Rachel and Sunset Florals did an amazing job creating the floral arrangements for my bridal shower this year! She really listened to me on the style and colors that I love, and she was able to put it all together better than I could have imagined. She designed the table settings and a garland for the mantle, which were all gorgeous. Plus Rachel is the best to work with - so kind and responsive! If you’re looking for a florist to really cater to you and your style, Rachel’s the one!
