At Sunset Florals LLC, we want to establish connection with my clients to make their floral vision come true, create beautiful designs and pieces that make a statement, strive to use eco-friendly techniques, and be a part of giving back to my community. I have a unique career background in occupational therapy and event planning/coordination. I truly love helping others and identifying their needs/desires to make a statement with flowers on their wedding day. We offer floral preservation (pressed florals) for our clients.

We strive to provide the best customer service and high-quality work with every client. We value connecting with our potential and current clients throughout the wedding planning process to truly understand their wedding vision. When working with us, you are supporting multiple small business and the environment because we get local flowers as much as possible! We take the time to discuss options to avoid throwing away the flowers after your event & will help coordinate. We offer floral preservation options directly with me so you don't have to deal with shipping your flowers. Booking 2025/2026!

Description

Minimum is $5,000 for this package. Full-services for you event include: future consults to finalize details of your vision, mood board creation more details such as colors/flowers & discussion, venue visit when needed, email communications, design, delivery, set-up, repurposing, teardown the day of the event, and donation coordination if desired for after the event. Rentals are an option to meet your needs and will be able to be set up and broken down by my team.

    Sunset Florals LLC was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, Rachel and her team were direct, honest and respectful in their communication, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Rachel's floral designs were abundant, gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. They truly made the venue feel like a beautiful garden everywhere we looked! All of our guests have commented on the beauty of the flowers, and we were so touched that Rachel made sure the arrangements were donated to assisted living facilities after the wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better florist - Sunset Florals is highly recommended!

    Rachel absolutely nailed our vision! She is unbelievably creative, and every arrangement was a work of art. Not only is she talented, but also fun to work with and very responsive, bringing happy and sweet energy to every call or email. I could tell her whole team was proud and excited. I couldn’t have asked for a more joyful and inspired partner. I also think it's so special that Rachel has a partnership with a couple assisted living homes that she will donate the flowers to after your wedding if you choose (which we did - we were so happy to be able to brighten someone else's day!). Attached are just a couple photos of her stunning handiwork. 2 weeks later and our guests are still raving about flowers, and how amazing is the chandelier piece?! :)

    Rachel was absolutely amazing to work with and made our floral dreams come true! She was so responsive and made the booking/planning process so easy. We loved that she included all vases/candles and arches in pricing and handled delivery, set up, and clean up. Rachel gave us the option to donate our flowers after the wedding. We asked that the flowers were donated to my Grandfather's assisted living home and she delivered them there, which was so so special and meaningful. I cannot say enough great things about Rachel and her attention to detail and ease to work with!!
