We are a wedding planning and design company. We want to become a part of your team to make your wedding or events that speak your styles. We offer wedding and events design, decoration, planning and coordination services. We also source and handmake personalized wedding and events decors and gifts to make the best events and wedding details impression and wow your guests and attentees. From design to execution, Shining Time Wedding team is flexible to work with. We can collaborate with you only on creating the design, or continue to build the momentum to make your vision comes true on your wedding or event day.

We are a responsive, responsible and flexible team. We create customizable services for all of our clients among design, styling, decorating and delivering floral works. Besides floral, we are also a full service wedding planner and specialize in handmade decoration items which can be incorporated into our design.

Amazing Florist Fairfax, VA
As a bride who didn't have a wedding planner and is no flower expert, Shining Time was the perfect help I need. All I did was send them some inspiration ideas and color pallet. The arrangements Rina and her team delivered was so so so pretty and within the budget I set earlier. In addition, my sister added a couple of DIY flower vase arrangement as a thoughtful gift to me at the venue. Rina's team was able to tweeked it on-site and made everything looks elegantly harmonious! They even decorated some of the wedding props (lantern) my family brought to the wedding with the extra flowers. Rina and her team are super flexible, and does the job above and beyond!

Rina and her team were so amazing!! My flowers were EXACTLY what i wanted and they were perfect. So soft & dreamy. I could not have asked for a better florist and team!!

Beautiful florals & stellar customer service!
Shining Time Florals and Rina were absolutely incredible to work with! From start to finish, Rina brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way, even better than we ever thought was possible. Every arrangement was beyond stunning—she truly has an amazing eye for detail and design. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and elevated it even more than we could have imagined. The florals added such a romantic, elegant touch to our wedding and completely transformed the space. Not only is her work breathtaking, but Rina herself is so kind, professional, and easy to work with. You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and their big day. We received so many compliments on the flowers, and we couldn’t have been happier. I would absolutely recommend Shining Time Florals and Rina to anyone looking for truly exceptional floral design!

Stunning Florals
Choosing Shining Time Wedding for our wedding floral and design was one of the best decisions we made. Their creativity and expertise truly brought our vision to life. Every arrangement, from the bridal bouquet to the table settings, looked beautiful, felt elegant and cohesive. They have an incredible eye for detail and color. We received so many compliments from our guests, who were absolutely captivated by the stunning floral design throughout the venue.

Wonderful florist!
We were so pleased with the work that Shining Time did for our wedding (both month-of-coordinator and flowers). The flowers were amazing - so beautiful! I just told Rina what my inspiration was (and sent her some photos of centerpieces from their website) and the result was wonderful! They looked like they were right out of an English garden! We did not want to spend too much on flowers and she kept everything within our budget, and she repurposed the large ceremony flowers into the reception venue. I’m so pleased that we went with her services. Her work as the month-of-coordinator was great too. She was really easy to work with and made the day go smoothly! Rina came by the house the morning of the wedding to pick up last-minute decorations and dropped off the bouquets. She and her assistant made sure that the venue looked perfect!
