We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Choosing Joyfully Co. for our wedding planning services was the BEST decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning. Blaire was a phenomenal wedding planner in that she was incredibly flexible, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I changed our minds about a hundred times on hotel venue vs small elopement and even went back and forth between several venues. Blaire was never impatient with us and truly wanted us to have the best day. The wedding day itself was perfect. I could not have hoped for a more organized, effortless, and stress-free experience. Have you ever been in a high stress situation and thought yourself man I wish I just had somebody that could read my mind and handle it for me? Well, that is exactly what it feels like to have Connie as your coordinator. I first hired Connie in January 2025 and I was not married until December 31 of 2025 throughout the entire process not only was Connie professional, but she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of. She had numerous family obligations and a very stressful personal life. However, I had no idea any of it was going on because that is how professional she remained on our calls. When it came to wedding set up Connie showed up and knew exactly where everything went. She never asked me a single question unless it was for pertinent information and she truly made my vision come to life. She was kind to all of my family members which I think is so important especially on a day as big as that, and she did everything in a timely, discreet manner. As the bride, I had no idea if something did or did not go right on my wedding day because I never had to deal with it nor was I told about it. Connie truly is a mind reader and was able to make the entire day go smoothly. Hiring Connie is not a want for your wedding day. It is an absolute need. I can sit here a week after I am married and say with a confident face that she is truly the reason why my day was able to go so smooth. We had a lot of moving parts to our wedding, including a horse-drawn carriage that was two hours late, but Jaylyn kept everything going and was on top of it all. I know I'm going to sound like a broken record if you read all the reviews for TGT but they were hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I work in a field that requires coordinating large events and admittedly wondered if we realllly needed a coordinator and let me tell you we DID. Lauren and Haleigh were a dream to work with. They were spreadsheet masterminds - skilled at organizing my thoughts and ideas and dreams for the day and helping when we got closer to identify what the next step was. We first learned about Oso Events in the summer of 2022 while remotely planning our California wedding from the East Coast. From the very first introductory call, they blew us away with their professionalism, punctuality, warmth, organization, and excellence. Without them, our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was! They found us fantastic vendors in the Bay Area like the food, HMUA, DJ, and server staffing company, organized our wedding day schedule, held regular video calls with us, got quotes from vendors, kept track of our budget and payment schedule with weekly updates, arranged set-up of the ceremony and reception venue, made sure our vendors got day-of tips, and more! The only thing that could be improved is that there was a specific deadline for event liability insurance that I and the planning team all missed initially. No harm was done though! The mistake was caught in time before it affected the event, and all went well! Michelle and Raymundo excellently identified what our energy levels as a newlywed couple would be like in the week leading up to the big event, and the day of the actual wedding. Raymundo directed our impromptu ceremony rehearsal, helping our officiant and party mark their places and signaling where/when we should stand and walk. Michelle checked in with the bride and the groom consistently throughout the night of the reception, asking if we needed water, food, or other drinks since we were often distracted by the festivities. They maintained effective communication leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their decorations at the ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. At the end of the night, they managed takedown, and made sure all of the personal decorative items and remembrance photos we brought were conveniently all in the same box for us to take home. Through the yearlong process of planning, they dealt with last-minute logistical changes with incredible poise, and truly grounded us, allowing us to enjoy the day with free minds. The team even accommodated two of our guests who tested positive for COVID last-minute by setting up a separate table for them in the outdoor venue. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Not to mention, their BobaHolics boba bar was a huge hit and the photo booth was a lot of fun. We got a lot of mileage out of the sustainable decor inventory, which prevented us from having tons of wedding stuff on hand that we'd accumulate and need to resell after. The entire range of services offered by Oso is incredibly helpful and will make any event an absolute hit. We have loved working with the team and we’re so grateful they decided to take us on as clients at the start of their wedding planning journey.

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. How much does a wedding planner cost?

On average, a full-service wedding planner can cost between $3,000 and $10,000. It depends on where you live and where you’re getting married. Planners in areas with high costs of living, like New York City and San Francisco, may charge upwards of $20,000. If you’re having a destination wedding, consider using a planner local to the area—you’ll avoid paying extra for travel, accommodations, and meals. Day-of coordinators cost less. They may have a flat fee between $1,000 and $5,000, or charge hourly. Always ask about pricing up front so nothing comes as a surprise later.

What do wedding planners do?

Think of wedding planners as jack-of-all-trades experts when it comes to weddings. Many offer different levels of service to meet your needs. If you just want day-of coordination, for example, your planner will be there to make sure your ceremony and reception go off without a hitch. This may mean setting up vendors or directing your wedding party and guests to make sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time.
