Their communication style was prompt, organized, and they were a joy to collaborate with. The quality of their work was exceptional - they were incredibly attentive, focused, and ensured that every detail was taken care of.     My husband and I used coastal coordinating for our wedding and overall had a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with Melanie who was a dream to work with! Starting 60 days out she reached out and was on top of it with communicating with vendors and thinking of all the small things I would have forgotten; she was also willing to give my guidance on design aspects of the wedding which I really appreciated. Melanie had a positive attitude and provided the perfect amount of structure I needed for the big day. She was so attentive to my husband and I and our families making the night unforgettable. Highly recommend!

    Katy and her team were absolutely amazing. I can't imagine planning and executing my wedding without them. Every detail was taken care of, and the timeline was extremely thorough and followed perfectly. Katy and her team were incredibly attentive, not only to me and my husband but also to our parents, extended family, wedding party, guests, and vendors. During my year of wedding planning, I was extremely busy living out of town while in medical school and studying for my boards, which I had to take just a week before my wedding. Despite my packed schedule, Katy was able to relieve a lot of my stress with frequent meetings where we planned out every detail. It was invaluable to have her insights throughout the process — I truly could not have done it without her.

    I cannot say enough positive things about Katy and the Coastal Coordinating Team. I would book Katy as our wedding planner a million times over. She was thorough and complete throughout the planning process, always making sure to keep us on track. She was also very flexible with our schedule and met our needs as a couple perfectly. Leading up to the wedding week, I didn’t feel stressed knowing that she had accounted for every small detail. Katy was present for the entirety of our wedding day, and ensured everything went according to plan. We had multiple guests compliment Katy and how attentive and on top of every detail she was on our wedding day. Truly exceptional service and a great value!
