    5 stars is not enough!

    As a very stressed bride, Katy and her team helped execute my wedding weekend flawlessly! Katy helped us from the beginning stages of planning, keeping everything organized, making suggestions that truly helped and keeping us all calm while doing so! Her and her team were so helpful and I truly could not have imagined going through the wedding planning process without them. They not only assisted with planning our wedding but also our welcome party and our post toast pool party. I can’t wait for our next big event so we can use Coastal again! Ladies, you guys killed it and 5 stars is truly not enough :)

    HIRE THEM!!!!! Best. Decision. Ever.

    Katy from Coastal Coordinating was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, organized, and such a calming presence throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Katy has this amazing ability to make everything feel seamless and under control. She went above and beyond in every possible way and exceeded every expectation we had. One of the things that stood out the most to us was her thoughtfulness and initiative—before the wedding had even ended, she had already started cleaning up and organizing everything in the setup room. This small but incredibly meaningful gesture saved my family so much time and allowed them to actually be present and enjoy the night with us, which is truly priceless. Katy didn’t just do her job—she genuinely cared, and it showed in every detail. I couldn’t be happier with our experience working with her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She made our day feel effortless, and we are so grateful for everything she did.

    Above and Beyond: The Best Decision We Made

    Hiring Coastal Coordinating was easily the best decision my daughter made for her wedding. Starting 30 days out, Alli took over as the primary contact for all vendors, kept us perfectly on track, and provided a meticulous timeline. Tia joined us for the rehearsal brunch, expertly guiding us through the processional and ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. My daughter had a 'Wedding Day binder' filled with her inspiration, contacts, and seating charts, and Alli used it to bring that vision to life—the venue looked exactly like the photos. Having them as our day-of coordinators allowed us to truly enjoy every moment, knowing every detail was handled, from the morning setup to the final pack-up at the end of the night. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my daughter a truly worry-free day and the wedding of her dreams.

    The best Wedding Planner!

    Wedding planning review

    Coastal coordinating was incredible to work with! We just had our wedding in January and every single detail was PERFECT. Thank you to Melanie who we worked direct with, and Ella who also helped day of the wedding! They executed my vision perfectly and they were such a breeze to work with. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and took all the anxiety away! Cannot recommend their team enough!
