Delaney and Morgan were a highlight of my wedding

Delaney and Morgan were phenomenal coordinators and wedding experts throughout the whole planning process and event. We used Wilder Mind Events as month-of coordinators, but let it known that they went above and beyond to support us even before the month-of. They provided a list of recommended vendors, and every single one we used was professional and FUN. They also provide a timeline to keep you on track even if you aren't using their full planning services. Some helpful things for brides and grooms: 1. If you aren't sure of something, run it by Winder Mind. I knew I wanted a temporary tattoo station at my wedding but wasn't sure where to even begin, and Morgan was able to send me links to recommended products and let me know the best way to set it up. 2. Trust their vendor list. The vendor list means those businesses are vetted and Delaney works with them often. That just means the wedding day will go smoother because they're already comfortable working together. That being said, we did use our own photographer, and that went off without a hitch. Morgan and Delaney worked with them as though they'd known each other for years, which I didn't realize until after but omg what if my vendors didn't get along??? So yeah, trust their list but also trust them to know what they're doing. 3. Show your personality off in the initial meet-and-greet call. Morgan and Delaney are professionals and take their job seriously, but even greater than that - THEY'RE FUN. I think I lucked out because Delaney saw my work-in-progress wedding website when I had joke pictures up for filler and it let her know right off the bat that my fiance and I were playful and ready for jokes when the wedding rolled around. 4. Consider a Google Slides pres with all your wedding vision references and notes in it. I made one so when the month-of call came up, i was able to share every single thought/vision I had. Morgan was able to give me some advice and when the wedding day came up, literally nothing from my slideshow was missed. I didn't have to repeat myself or anything, they just had it down. 5. Get an extra polaroid camera - Delaney borrowed our second polaroid cam before the reception started and took tons of behind the scenes photos and those have become some of my favorites from the weekend.

Delaney and Demi at Wilder Mind Events are a fantastic duo, and we could not recommend them enough! They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They helped keep us on track with everything we needed/ wanted leading up to the big day. We also used a few of their vendor recommendations, each was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. From the very first phone call & meeting, we felt like we were on the same page, and Delaney and team seemed to understand our vision and our priorities. They had all the answers to our questions or concerns and were always attentive and responsive. If we wanted to do something a specific way, they were right there with a great idea on how to execute it. Having them on our team gave us a great peace of mind the months leading up to the big day. Lastly, the day of was incredible! Delaney and Demi took care of everything, and the day couldn’t have gone more seamlessly. It was completely stress free, and we were able to just enjoy the best day of our lives. They even followed us around capturing great pictures that we’ll have for a lifetime on our disposable cameras. We thank you both so much!

Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! At the end of the night, back in our hotel room, exhausted and deliriously happy - we both agreed, working with the WilderMind team was some of the best money we spent for our wedding.

Where do I even start! I found Delaney on Instagram after getting engaged in 2023. I had spoken to multiple planners but there was just something about Delaney. Delaney is a diamond. She is so sweet and kind. I did the partial planning with her. I then met with her and Demi before my wedding to go over all the details. They thought of everything, EVERYTHING. Every little detail. My wedding was better than I could have ever imagined. Delaney and Demi are AMAZING. I could not recommend them enough. Your wedding will be amazing if you use them. Thank you again.
