    I had a wonderful experience with Erika O'Brien as my wedding Coordinator. While she was our month-of coordinator, she helped us months out from the date to ensure we were on track and had everything squared away. All of the work she did behind the scenes did not go unnoticed, and we had such a beautiful and perfect wedding day. I appreciate all she did for us.

    My husband and I chose to work with Erika as our wedding planner after scouring through Zola and reading many reviews. We initially chose her because she had good reviews and her day-of price point was within our budget. Upon our first meeting with Erika, we knew we had made the right choice. She did an awesome job of getting to know us as a couple and really took the time to understand our vision for our wedding. Despite choosing the "day-of" option, Erika met or checked-in with us frequently throughout the wedding process (about once a month to start and then 2-3 times right before our wedding day). One thing we particularly loved about her is that she ensured we remained on schedule for booking various vendors throughout the planning process. This was incredibly helpful, especially as we got 2-3 months out from our wedding. The day of our wedding, Erika was incredible. We had a few hiccups, as does every major event, but she was able to handle everything with great demand and ease. We as a couple had no idea anything had gone awry. We also made some last minute scheduling changes in the midst of our reception based on some scheduling challenges and Erika was able to take charge and pass out the information to anyone who needed it. None of our guests had any idea that any changes had been made. Overall, our experience with Erika was incredible and we would strongly recommend her for any wedding or event. She is professional and does a phenomenal job of helping everyone feel at ease throughout the entire process. We cannot thank her enough for helping our vision for our wedding come to life.

    Erika was everything we could have asked for and much, much more! Wedding planning is obviously stressful and anything to help set your mind at ease is a must. Erika has such a calming presence and helps to reassure you that everything is going to work out just fine. Erika helps A TON with vendor communication. There were so many things that Erika took care of that we couldn't have possibly remembered or figured out on our own. Thank you Erika for making sure everything went exactly to plan. Greatest day of our lives, and a huge part of the success is attributed to Erika.

    Erika is absolutely amazing! She thought of everything and made our wedding day go so smoothly! During the whole wedding planning process she was responsive and helpful! She helped assure any worries before the wedding and this allowed us to sit back and enjoy our big day. We would recommend her a million times!
