Hi there! My name is Katie & I always seem to accidentally plan anything into an event of some kind and before I knew it people were asking me to do it for them for almost every life occasion they had. I genuinely enjoy planning/coordinating anything wether it’s a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, etc. I have great communication skills, especially with other vendors, which is important for every detail to be captured/ displayed on the day of your event.

I love seeing people happy & I put the bride & groom FIRST over anything. I want to bring your vision to life, what the bride dreams of as a little girl of her wedding day, let me make that happen for you! I don’t want you to worry about anything going wrong on your big day; just want you to enjoy yourself and RELAX! I will make sure you have food & drinks during your reception and ESPECIALLY when you’re taking photos after the ceremony. I will keep everything & especially EVERYONE in order on your wedding day as well.

I will be with you along every step of the way that you would like me to be on. I’ll be there for you when you don’t know which way to go or what color to choose. Sometimes too many choices can become confusing & overwhelming and I want to be there for you to help. Let me take some things off of your plate, I want your wedding and the planning to be a joyful experience!

I will be available for your wedding rehearsal & day of the wedding. Also, I'd like to do a venue walk-through with you a month before the wedding to physically see where you want things and how we can execute your vision best. This pricing is for "Month of Coordination".

    Kate was a great asset to our wedding! We hired Kate for full planning and she was able to help us with budget, communicating with vendors, day of coordination, putting out or personal decor, and more! We had a large event with a fusion Indian-American wedding. We had an Indian ceremony, lunch, American ceremony, and reception all within the same day. I can’t imagine my wedding without her. It was great to have her help plan throughout our whole engagement and creating timelines, contacting vendors, and dealing with many details up until and through the day of. She was able to pivot quickly as needed like us having to move one ceremony from outdoors to indoors at the last moment. She was able to work under pressure and handled a lot of details and situations throughout the day that me, my husband, and our families didn’t need to handle ourselves. I can’t imagine only having the venue coordinator and not having Kate as our personal coordinator as well. If you are considering hiring a coordinator I would highly recommend Kate!

    After hiring & firing our partial planner who didn’t listen to our needs and kept pushing her ideas/expertise on to us, I was already burnt out on wanting to find someone else but I knew I couldn’t execute this wedding on my own. Enter Katie! I remember venting to her about our frustrations from our previous planner and what we were looking for and she was ready to jump in from that night on. Katie was super flexible and accessible from that night on, always gave me great advice & feedback on anything I gave her and kept everything (including my head) together. On the day of the wedding, she was super cool, calm and collected even when we started to run behind. Her and her assistant Kylie was a big help in getting everything set up in the venue, maintaining communication with family, wedding party and all the vendors and most importantly, making sure we were always eating LOL. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to her when she gave me a plate of the grazing table & a drink while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. A big thing for me was how she was able to help me with dealing with my mother and all of our instances of wanting to take control; she really does support her couples and only wants what's best for them & their vision. I’m so grateful to Katie for coming in our lives when she did and helping us pull off this wedding!

    Even though I knew about my birthday party, and I chose the theme, I was absolutely thrilled and surprised by the how awesome the entire venue looked when I walked in. Katie designed my invitations, cake, decorations, helped select the food for the guests and even coordinated a live band. Friends said afterwards that my birthday party was the event of the year!!!!
