From the beginning our first meeting together to our wedding day, Michelle was absolutely amazing! Michelle went above and beyond to create our vision for our wedding day. Michelle attention to details and working out ways to help with our budget was fabulous. Although we were not able to be in person for many things as we had a destination wedding, Michelle did her very best over numerous phone calls and zoom calls to create the best wedding day ever! She was also great at recommended many of her vendors who she has worked with for many other wedding. Every little detail at the wedding was amazing. Till this day everyone keeps talking about the wedding! It was beyond perfect with no issues at all. I loved that Michelle had a content creator and within a few weeks we were able to see highlights from our wedding day as we wait for our videographer and photographer to share their content with us. I would highly suggest Michelle as a wedding planner and venue designer in a heartbeat. Michelle and her team were very professional and organized.

We booked Marykate as a day-of coordinator, but she was truly so much more than that. I am an overthinker and chronic stresser, and somehow my wedding day was completely stress-free. She kept every single person on track (vendors, family members, everyone) so neither of us nor our guests had to lift a finger. We all just got to enjoy ourselves and it felt like huge party with no stress. I never had to worry when the next thing would happen on the day-of because I knew Marykate would make sure it happened on time. I didn’t even find out until almost two weeks later that a massive rainstorm caused issues for some of our other vendors because Marykate handled everything so seamlessly and always had backup plans. The rain also threw off our photo schedule, and you never would have known. Marykate and her team were armed with umbrellas (which actually gave us the cutest portraits) and pivoted on a dime to keep the day running smoothly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry, gave excellent vendor recommendations when we asked, knew all the right questions to ask, and kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. Before my wedding, I never would have spent money on a planner if my venue hadn’t required one. Now, I’m shouting Marykate’s name to anyone who even hints that they might be getting married. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Kate was a great asset to our wedding! We hired Kate for full planning and she was able to help us with budget, communicating with vendors, day of coordination, putting out or personal decor, and more! We had a large event with a fusion Indian-American wedding. We had an Indian ceremony, lunch, American ceremony, and reception all within the same day. I can’t imagine my wedding without her. It was great to have her help plan throughout our whole engagement and creating timelines, contacting vendors, and dealing with many details up until and through the day of. She was able to pivot quickly as needed like us having to move one ceremony from outdoors to indoors at the last moment. She was able to work under pressure and handled a lot of details and situations throughout the day that me, my husband, and our families didn’t need to handle ourselves. I can’t imagine only having the venue coordinator and not having Kate as our personal coordinator as well. If you are considering hiring a coordinator I would highly recommend Kate!

You know how they say planning a wedding is one of life's big stressors? Well if they found Nicole's team from the start, the saying wouldn't exist. If you're reading this, trust me - hire them! I got married over a year ago and I am still one of those annoying brides who talk obsessively talk about their wedding because of them. I got the opportunity to meet the whole team through various visits but primarily worked with Kacie. Is it weird to miss talking to your wedding planner? Kacie is the full package - she is enthusiastic to your ideas, offers creative solutions and is incredibly patient when you change your "vision" a billion times like I did. She presented vendors at different price points and offered cost efficient alternatives to stay on budget. We loved every single vendor we chose and that's easily because Nicole's team has vetted out the good/ reliable ones. I was an (type A) out of state bride so was relatively nervous but Kacie's professionalism is what sold me. She would constantly update me on progress, patiently answer all questions and never pressured me into a decision. No task is to big or too little for this team- we went from deciding how to fold napkins all the way to sending guests different housing accommodations when the hotel sold out. What makes this team special is their innate attention to detail - I was absolutely floored when I saw it all come together when the day finally arrived. Rebecca makes miracles happen. Bustle and Bloom is a business built by strong women who will do whatever it takes to make your wedding as smooth as possible. Rebecca and her team went above and beyond expectations with both florals and coordination. I initially reached out to Bustle and Bloom for floral services a year out from our wedding and quickly realized that having Rebeccas as a coordinator was extremely necessary. Little did I know that she would play a much bigger role than I ever could have imagined. With eight months to go, our wedding venue was hit by two hurricanes and was forced to close. Phone call after phone call, the venue ensured us that they would reopen months before our date. With every passing day, our concerns continued to grow until we finally decided that it was best to move on. Rebecca was a phone call away while we emailed, called and toured venue after venue to get quotes a month before our date. She advised us where possible, but most of all maintained a sense of calm that made us feel confident in any choice that we would make. It gave us so much comfort to know that Rebecca has helped other couples who, unfortunately, have gone through similar situations. It became clear that Rebecca was meant to be part of our wedding, which made working with her that much more special. Unexpectedly, we found that there were so many people and vendors that were acquaintances of Rebecca’s who were willing to help make our day everything we dreamed it to be. This truly had us feeling blessed. The day itself came with its unexpected challenges that every couple knows will happen, no matter how much you pray they don’t. Rebecca and her team handled every obstacle swiftly and without flaw. From the gorgeous bouquets and centerpieces to timeline and vendor management, I could not have asked for someone better to put our trust in for the most important day of our lives.

From the moment we had our consultation with Lo, I knew she was the wedding planner for us. She was quick to respond, polite, and provided very detailed information that made me feel 100% confident in their ability to manage our special day. Even with a hurricane headed straight towards her home she was quick to reassure me that it wouldn’t effect my wedding day. Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Her, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly.
