Best wedding planner in the game
I would give SAEP Events 100 stars if I could! Steph and her whole team at SAEP are true professionals. From the first moment I met Steph on our initial zoom meeting, her energy radiated through the screen and I knew then that I wanted her to help plan my wedding. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, she and her team were there for me and any concerns I had. I was planning a destination wedding so there was definitely some added stress but Steph always had the best ideas and recommendations. Everyone warned me that wedding planning is so stressful, but SAEP events took on basically all the planning and left me with very little stress. As for actual wedding day, the day went absolutely perfect with no issues. And this is all because of Steph! She had all the vendors in line and made sure the entire day went as smooth as possible. Now looking back, I am realizing all the stuff Steph did behind the scenes that I didn't even realize on my wedding day. I was too busy enjoying the day and not worrying since I trusted Steph with everything else. Thanks again Steph and SAEP Events. Truly best investment my husband and I made regarding our wedding.

We Didn't Vibe
Unfortunately I ended up letting Stephanie go. When I'd ask for help with certain tasks it was "not in my package" and she would whip out the contract to prove it. It's our first time planning a wedding so it took us longer to make decisions and we often felt pressured to make decisions before we were ready. Mind you - nothing was booked at this point so it was an immediate red flag. I'll still give her 4 stars for effort.

Best Wedding Planner EVER!
BEST Wedding Planner EVER!!!! Stephanie and her team were recommended by our venue. Everything from start to finish was organized and professional. If you are debating hiring a wedding planner, do it! It is worth every penny. I am so happy we chose SAEP, it made our day perfect and stress free, just how the bride and groom should feel!

SAEP is the best!
Stephanie and her team were absolutely amazing! She worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect and we will always be grateful for her kindness and expertise! She has the best friendly vibe and is so wonderful to work with - I can’t imagine planning this myself without her. Get the wedding planner it’s so worth it!

The best
From the moment we hired Stephanie and her team at SAEP By Stephanie Arias, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication was responsive, thorough, and highly professional throughout the entire planning process. We did not realize the importance of a wedding coordinator until we hired Stephanie - she thought of everything and was so detailed, ensuring our day was everything we had hoped it would be.
