    Perfect Event - Highly Recommend

    I was responsible for securing a bartender for our wedding in January and couldn't be happier! I worked with the Horseshoe Tavern to come up with a few signature drinks that matched my wife and my preferences and the outcome was such a success. Our guests complimented the fun atmosphere that the horse trailer brought to our rustic environment. We also heard feedback that the bartenders added such a fun vibe at the bar! We loved them and highly recommend!

In addition to our bar services, we offer day-of, month-of, and full wedding coordination, along with design services to bring your vision to life. Whether you need help tying up loose ends or planning every detail from start to finish, our team ensures a seamless, stress-free experience from “yes” to “I do.”
Yes, we would love to talk to you about your vision and walk through a few slides that help you with the wedding planning process.
For bar services, we will meet with you two times before your wedding. One meeting will focus on your vision for the bar and guest count. Another meeting will go over final venue and wedding logistics. For coordination & planning services, we will meet with you a number of times to get an idea of what you are looking for and ensure that we are on the same page to execute your vision.
For bar services, we offer a variety of packages that suite your budget and needs. We would need to understand more about what you are looking for, if you want a full bar, partial bar with signature services or just beer and wine. For coordination & planning, we would need to have an initial consultation to chat through your vision and create a customized package just for you.
For wedding October - April, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
We serve venues throughout SWFL. We will go outside that area, but an additional travel fee will be added to your package.
We offer full services. We can do everything from vendor sourcing, to design services, to month of coordination. Each package is customized to meet your needs.
