Hi! I'm Hannah, the owner and lead coordinator behind Stonas Weddings & Events. I dove headfirst into wedding planning after years of experience in event management, and I haven’t looked back since! I’m passionate about creating seamless, stress-free celebrations so couples can truly enjoy their day. What sets me apart is how personally I take this job. I recently got married myself, and unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with my own Day-Of Coordinator. It made me realize just how important this role is—and how much of a difference it can make. That experience drives me to go above and beyond for my couples. Energy is everything!!
Hannah is an absolute dreamboat to work with! As a fellow wedding and events vendor with five years in the industry, I have collaborated with many coordinators, and Hannah truly stands in a league of her own. From the moment we met in person, her energy was so warm, helpful, and welcoming. She is a genuine soul who brings flawless organization, a grounding sense of calm, and the perfect amount of humor to the table - which is absolutely essential on a day known for stress! She expertly handled any hiccups before they even became an issue, and her timeline was completely foolproof. Above all, her communication is top-notch, and I can't wait for the opportunity to team up with her again. Hannah is THAT GIRL
Hannah is an absolute rockstar, point, blank, period. By profession, I am an experiential marketer, so my day-to-day is not unlike wedding coordination. I catch the smallest details and hold vendors to high standards, and I wanted the same for my wedding. I told Hannah from the get-go that I was "more type A than any other type A bride", and she readily accepted the challenge. Joke's on me because she absolutely blew us away with how easy she made our lives leading up to our wedding and on wedding day! She was so organized, and took a really long list of wedding to do's and broke it out for us month by month so we weren't so overwhelmed. She had a laundry list of vendors and resources that were so helpful to us. She was SUPER communicative and answered any and all of our silly questions. Where she really shined was rehearsal and wedding day, of course. Not once did anyone have to question when and where they needed to be; if anything went awry, I had no knowledge of it whatsoever and assume it was handled promptly and without issue. She was so accommodating to us and her attitude was positive and direct, which I really appreciated. I simply cannot recommend her enough!

Best wedding coordinator ever!
One of the biggest lifesavers was that she also provides rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination, which made the entire weekend feel seamless and stress-free. Booking with Hannah was one of the best decisions we made — you truly can’t go wrong choosing her!

I truly can’t recommend Hannah enough! From start to finish, she made sure every detail of our wedding day was handled seamlessly. I planned the wedding myself and originally debated whether a day of coordinator was necessary—but looking back, I genuinely can’t imagine doing it without one… especially Hannah. What stood out most was how she never made us feel like just another client. She treated our wedding day with so much care and intention, as if it mattered just as much to her as it did to us. She also thoughtfully included our key family members throughout the process (while always respecting our preferences and boundaries), which made everything feel even more personal and special. One of the sweetest surprises was receiving a gallery of candid photos she captured throughout the day—little moments we otherwise would have missed. If you’re considering booking Hannah, do it. The Best!
