Hi! I'm Hannah, the owner and lead coordinator behind Stonas Weddings & Events. I dove headfirst into wedding planning after years of experience in event management, and I haven’t looked back since! I’m passionate about creating seamless, stress-free celebrations so couples can truly enjoy their day. What sets me apart is how personally I take this job. I recently got married myself, and unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with my own Day-Of Coordinator. It made me realize just how important this role is—and how much of a difference it can make. That experience drives me to go above and beyond for my couples. Hire Hannah to have the best day ever
Working with Hannah was the best decision I made for my wedding! She allowed me to hand over the reigns and completely relax and enjoy my day. Hannah is so kind, loving, has great attention to every detail, is calm under pressure, communicates so well, and executed my vision perfectly. As my day of coordinator, she took all the questions from people, led out in set up and take down, communicated with all the vendors, made sure my wedding timeline moved along, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and SO much more. She hyped us up and kept us calm. To anyone about to tackle a wedding, hiring Hannah will truly let you have the best day ever.

Choosing Hannah as the day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding ended up being the best choice we made for the whole day! Leading up to the event she was organized, responsive, and so thoughtful. She had plenty of fun ideas to offer and was willing to make our vision work from the start, from the initial quote conversation to the final decor run-through. Hannah worked with all of our other vendors to basically pick up all the work we had done in planning and take it off our plates for the wedding day. She helped with troubleshooting, event layout, and other key functions that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own! As the day drew closer, it was clear that there was going to be some rain in the forecast, which turned into more rain, and finally, a 100% chance of rain and "feels like" temperature of 45 degrees. Hannah showed up, undeterred, with a big smile on her face and a warm "it's your wedding day!!" greeting, and got to work setting up. The weather created the need for lots of pivots, but we had no trouble trusting Hannah to take care of those without needing to bug us while we got ready. What could have been a disaster turned into a wedding day that, while wetter than we initially intended, everyone loved and we will remember forever. Hannah's attention to detail made us feel confident that we were taken care of. We are very type-A, detail-oriented people, and were nervous about little things falling through the cracks on the day when we were too busy to oversee them. This turned out to be totally unfounded, as Hannah thought of literally everything! For example, at the end of the night, she put together an envelope of keepsakes from the head table. We were devastated when we thought some of them had been lost (since guests had been passing them around), but then we found Hannah's envelope with all of our treasures and were so relieved! Definitely book with Hannah if you are looking for someone who will make you feel amazing on your wedding day and isn't afraid to take action when things don't go perfectly according to your vision! She was easily the biggest return on investment of any of our vendors, and our day would not have gone anywhere near as well as it did without her.
Best choice I could have made.
Stonas Wedding and Events made my wedding so much easier. I was able to plan my own wedding but have them come in and execute it.
