Hi! I'm Hannah, the owner and lead coordinator behind Stonas Weddings & Events. I dove headfirst into wedding planning after years of experience in event management, and I haven’t looked back since! I’m passionate about creating seamless, stress-free celebrations so couples can truly enjoy their day. Literally could not have done it without Hannah!
We hired Hannah & Stonas Wedding and Events as our day-of coordinator, and she was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. In the months leading up to the big day, she was incredibly communicative, organized, and proactive. She walked us through every detail, answered every Type-A question I had, and genuinely left no stone unturned. I always felt informed, supported, and completely at ease knowing she had everything under control. On the wedding day itself, she handled every part of the event with calm confidence and genuine care. We had a few unexpected vendor hiccups, and she managed each one like an absolute pro—shielding us from any stress and keeping everything running seamlessly. She set up our wedding exactly as we’d envisioned it (and honestly, even better). What impressed us most was how much she cared about the experience of not just my husband and me, but also our entire wedding party and close family. She checked in on everyone throughout the night, made sure people were where they needed to be, and ensured we all felt supported and taken care of. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing. We are beyond grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Hiring Hannah as our day-of coordinator and partial planner was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every part of the process — from timelines and logistics to all the tiny details we never would’ve thought of. She constantly reassured us that we were on track, and her calm, collected energy kept us grounded when things felt overwhelming. On the wedding day, she took charge seamlessly and made sure no one brought any stress our way. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish — she even offered to bring us coffee on her way to the venue! Hannah was organized, fun, patient, and so kind. She was exactly who we needed to make our big day complete, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. We can’t recommend her enough!

Before the wedding, she took the time to meet with us and go over all the details, which made me feel so confident and calm going into the big day. On the wedding day itself, she kept us perfectly on schedule, handled every detail seamlessly, and even went out of her way to take photos and interact with my bridesmaids. She brought such positive energy and made the day feel effortless. I can’t recommend her enough to any bride who wants an stress-free, beautifully coordinated wedding!
Simply the best...
I was trying to think of that one word to wrap up how amazing Hannah is, and I just can't find one that is good enough. Hannah is not only professional, but she adds sparkle and charm to the planning. She had a way of keeping us all on track and her personal monthly check in calls were exactly what we all needed. The day of our event she ran the venue flawlessly. We were short on help at the end of the night, and she and her crew jumped in where they were needed even when they didn't have too. I have a new respect for coordinators, and all that is involved with a wedding. Choosing a coordinator is probably one of if not the most important choices you will make and you would be lucky to have her. Hannah- Thank you for all you do, all you did and everything in between. You have a special gift, and all your clients are blessed to be a part of it.
