A Vendor's Professional Bestie
I worked with Hannah as a Photographer on a recent wedding, and I was beyond impressed with her professionalism and communication. Prior to the wedding she reached out for timeline input and feedback, and communicated the couples' planned events and day with such care and detail. Not only is she super communicative, but she's also incredibly respectful and considerate of her fellow vendors. I was floored and so appreciative when I saw Hannah had designated a vendor table for dinner, even including us on the seating chart! That level of thoughtfulness is honestly not common in this industry. I've had a range of experiences (good and bad...) with coordinators, and I can attest that Hannah by far is the BEST that I have worked with. If Hannah is the coordinator for every wedding I work from here on out, I would seriously cry tears of joy.

Great wedding planner
Working with Hannah as a wedding planner truly puts a florist at ease. I had two weddings on the same day, and even when the restaurant was running behind, Hannah stepped in effortlessly. She supported me with florals, décor, and timeline — multitasking with a big smile the entire time. I’m so grateful I can count on her. She’s an excellent coordinator who brings calm, clarity, and joy to your day. Her team elevates every event with high‑vision skills and thoughtful execution.

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!
Hiring Hannah was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (other than marrying each other). We had a very DIY, non-traditional wedding at a summer camp, with a lot of moving pieces, and she somehow made the entire weekend feel seamless—even when there was plenty of chaos happening behind the scenes! From the moment our guests started arriving Friday, she was there. She stayed overnight at camp, helped with our rehearsal, welcomed and coordinated arriving guests, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. Before the wedding, she communicated with all of our vendors, connected everyone with the timeline and important details, and made sure everyone was on the same page before the weekend even began. On the wedding day, she was absolutely invaluable. She helped bring together all of the DIY pieces we had planned, from getting the dining hall set up and keeping the event flowing to coordinating vendors and making sure the timeline stayed on track. She was organized, flexible, incredibly calm under pressure, and always seemed to have a solution before we even realized there was a problem. And there were definitely problems! We had a significant catering issue that could have easily disrupted the evening, but she handled it completely behind the scenes. We had no idea the extent of what she was dealing with until later because she protected us from the stress and let us keep enjoying our wedding. That alone was worth its weight in gold. She was also just fun to have around. She brought great ideas, communicated clearly, adapted to whatever we threw her way, and had the kind of wedding expertise that immediately puts you at ease. Her ability to keep everyone calm, even when things were moving quickly, was incredibly impressive. Our wedding looked like a beautiful, effortless celebration—but there was a LOT happening behind the scenes to make it that way, and she was the person holding it all together. Hannah was worth every penny—and honestly, probably worth even more. We would 100% recommend her to any couple, especially anyone planning a DIY, unconventional, or complicated wedding. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding instead of worrying about logistics, hire her. You will not regret it!

An exceptional value - and JOYFUL presence!
Hannah was an absolute pro and a joy to work with. We hired her as a Day-of Coordinator, but that title doesn't tell the whole story of just how much she brings to the table. Hannah really helped our planning stay on track and made sure that we had all the pieces in place. It was so fun having her tour the venue with us, ask the venue host questions we never would have thought of, build a SUPER helpful vendor website, and check in with us as the day approached. By the end of the process, she felt almost like part of the family. She came to the wedding day totally prepared. Her and her assistant were both absolutely professional - she even captured some special moments on video/photo. If you are considering whether you need a Day-of coordinator, you probably do. And if you need a coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Hannah!

Hannah is an absolute dreamboat to work with! She is a genuine soul who brings flawless organization, a grounding sense of calm, and the perfect amount of humor to the table - which is absolutely essential on a day known for stress! She expertly handled any hiccups before they even became an issue, and her timeline was completely foolproof. Above all, her communication is top-notch, and I can't wait for the opportunity to team up with her again.
