Wedding coordinator
Working with Hannah as my day-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions I made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting to the final moments of the big day, Hannah was a calm, confident, and joyful presence. She’s incredibly organized, detail-oriented, kind, and just so much fun to work with! She managed everything flawlessly, and thanks to her, I was able to truly relax and be present on my wedding day, knowing everything was in the best hands. I’m endlessly grateful for all that Hannah did to make our day run so smoothly, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
The Best Decision
Working with Hannah was incredible. I booked her for partial planning and day of coordination and it the best decision. She provided structure and a time line that was really helpful to keep things from piling up. All the details I shared with her were kept so organized and that made long distance collaboration much easier than I anticipated. She was so available throughout the process. She made sure I knew I could always text her or quickly set up a phone call to talk through ideas I was working through or any questions I had. The day of the wedding she kept everything flowing so smoothly. I felt like I could truly immerse myself in the day because she became the point person. If anything came up I knew I could trust her to handle it. She took such good care of us and kept our best interest at heart. She helped make my vision a reality and I can’t thank her enough.

My non-AI review: I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds. We were truly lucky that she was available for our wedding day. Thank you for everything Hannah - you’re a spectacular person and wedding coordinator. I’m forever grateful for you.
