With experience working at a venue and hitting over 100 weddings, Mary Anna has used her knowledge to create beautiful wedding experiences. The plus side is you get Mary Anna's full attention as there is a limited amount of weddings she takes on a year to best take care of her clients. Also, you do not get her for just the day or month before- you have unlimited communication. Mary Anna knows there is a lot that goes into wedding planning and wants you to know that she there with any advice or recommendations you may need. | Description | I have a Month of Coordination package that starts at $1500 for 2026 weddings and $1600 for 2027 weddings. I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me if they need more than a month. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, Unlimited Communication, and Rehearsal Practice Assistance. | My Day of Coordination starts at $1050 for 2026 weddings with 2027 starting at $1200 I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me in their planning process. We got married on May 2, 2026, and I am so grateful that Mary Anna was part of our special day. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and played such an important role in making our wedding day run smoothly. From the very beginning, Mary Anna was incredibly helpful with all of the logistics leading up to the wedding. She was organized, responsive, and always had such a great attitude. She made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of and was such a positive presence throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, we experienced a major issue when our florist unexpectedly didn’t show up. Mary Anna handled the situation with such calmness, professionalism, and grace (I had no idea there was a problem until a solution was in place). Even in a stressful situation, she maintained a positive attitude, jumped in to help, and kept the day moving smoothly so that we could focus on celebrating rather than worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. I am forever grateful that Mary Anna was there for us. Her organization, professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to stay calm under pressure were truly invaluable. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator!

Hire Her! You WILL NOT regret it!!
Where to begin!! I cannot express how indebted we are to Mary Anna for being our coordinator for our wedding. From the moment I spoke with her on our first interview I knew she was more than capable of bringing our vision to life! We hired her to be our wedding coordinator and every step of the way, any question I had, she was able to help with no problem. Her communication was excellent and the day of she was, Cheff's Kiss! I'm a control freak lol and do NOT delegate well, so leading up to the wedding my family kept asking if I was stressed about the day and I really had so much trust in Mary Anna that I was confident she had it and she DID NOT disappoint!! My family was so impressed by her! All day she did not stop!! And when they tried to help she would tell them to relax and that she had it. They LOVED her!! And after the wedding they complimented her and said they understood why I was so calm and confident with her. Thanks to Mary Anna we were able to be fully immersed in our day and enjoy it to the fullest!! She also offers access to her closet of items so that helped with the decor, that was plus. HIRE HER!! You will not regret it!! My only regret is that we didn't hire her to be our full Planner!!

Incredible planner, highly recommend!
Mary Anna was absolutely incredible! I worked with Mary Anna for month-of coordination for my wedding, but she was supportive and helpful long before the 30 day out mark. Mary Anna was amazing during the planning process - she had an easy to use planning portal, responded quickly to every email, had amazing vendor recommendations, and was so kind and accommodating for any and every request - big or small. Mary Anna’s coordination expertise shone through on the day of the wedding. She was so organized, on top of every single detail and was able to command a room with grace and kindness during the rehearsal. I was so calm on my wedding day because she executed everything perfectly and made sure everyone was happy and knew where to be! I could not recommend Mary Anna more - everyone in my bridal party even commented how fantastic she was. Our perfect day came to life because of her!
