With experience working at a venue and hitting over 100 weddings, Mary Anna has used her knowledge to create beautiful wedding experiences. The plus side is you get Mary Anna's full attention as there is a limited amount of weddings she takes on a year to best take care of her clients. Also, you do not get her for just the day or month before- you have unlimited communication. Mary Anna knows there is a lot that goes into wedding planning and wants you to know that she there with any advice or recommendations you may need. I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me if they need more than a month. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, Unlimited Communication, and Rehearsal Practice Assistance. | My Day of Coordination starts at $1050 for 2026 weddings with 2027 starting at $1150 I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me in their planning process. Best coordinator out there!
I would give 500 stars if I could!! Let me preface by saying I did not hire a planner so I was planning our wedding totally by myself. It was so hard and stressful until I met Mary Anna! She helped me SO much. I can without a doubt say I would not have had such a gorgeous and flawless wedding without her. Mary Anna single-handedly made sure our wedding day went by smoothly and perfectly!! Even when the inevitable things went wrong (as I’m sure they always do), she solved them quickly (and beautifully)! Mary Anna will do literally ANYTHING in her power to make sure your day ends up exactly as you want it! She is absolutely the person you want in your corner on your big day. I was so extremely stressed out the entire morning of and while she was busy literally putting the wedding together, she still found time to come up and check on me several times. She reminded me about important things I might forget, made sure we had drinks brought to us as soon as the ceremony was wrapped up, and somehow she wrangled all the rowdy groomsmen and got them in line! I think the thing I’m most upset about is now that it’s over I don’t get to talk to her anymore— I truly felt like she was my best friend! I could go on and on about how phenomenal she was but I will leave it at this: If you want someone who is truly in your corner and actually cares about you and your wedding— Mary Anna is your girl. She will stop at nothing to make sure your day is absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend her enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARY ANNA!!

Day of Coordination
Working with Mary Anna from Married by Mary Anna made our wedding planning process so much easier. From day one, she was patient with our questions and always ready to help us think through decisions, she even offered vendor recommendations and suggestions that saved us time. On our wedding day, Mary Anna kept us calm and handled every detail, including the moment I got lipstick on my dress right before walking down the aisle. She caught every problem before it became a real issue and made sure everything ran smoothly. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares, she left us a note in our guest book and even gave us a card afterward, which is so incredibly thoughtful. We truly couldn't have done this without her, and I can't recommend her enough. We love Mary Anna and are so grateful she was a part of our wedding day!

Exactly the Coordinator We Needed
Mary Anna was everything we were looking for in a coordinator and more. She was perfectly organized, incredibly communicative, and knew exactly when to offer suggestions or feedback to help our wedding day run smoothly. She gave us so much confidence in our preparation that the day felt as stress-free as possible. During the event, she kept things running perfectly on time and had plans in place when small things went wrong. We cannot recommend her enough!

Highly recommend Mary Anna!
Mary Anna did an incredible job coordinating our wedding. I truly could not have planned it without her. She thinks of every detail and offers advice that you simply will not find through research. She was always quick to respond, stayed on top of every task, and consistently reached out to offer help along the way. I may be biased, but our wedding day felt absolutely perfect, and I owe a huge part of that to Mary Anna. When it turned into a rainy day, she came prepared with umbrellas and handled everything calmly and seamlessly. She has fair pricing, excellent communication, an eye for design, and a genuine passion for what she does. I highly recommend Mary Anna to coordinate your wedding. 10/10 Best Coordinator Ever!!!
We booked Mary Anna as our month-of coordinator, and it was hands down the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. We booked about a year out from our January 2026 wedding, and from day one she was incredibly helpful—always happy to answer our questions and consistently checking in along the way. I’ll be honest, I had a lot of questions (probably more than she ever expected), but she was patient and walked me through every detail with ease and reassurance. Thanks to her, my husband and I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. Our wedding day was so smooth, and we were truly able to enjoy our day. We also received many compliments from both our guests and vendors about her work. Mary Anna is an absolute professional, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her organization, experience, and execution on the day of.
