    Everyone Needs at Least a Day Coordinator

    Love Story Co. Weddings & Events LLC was a huge help to making my wedding day run smoothly! April was amazing from start to finish as my day coordinator, and I couldn’t have gotten through the day without her. She created a detailed timeline, made sure the venue was all set up, and helped keep us on track during the reception. Although I paid for a day coordinator, April had great communication throughout the wedding planning process and still offered advice and help. I was also able to rent a mirror from Love Story Co. to use during my reception and it was a huge hit! One vendor contacted me for questions while I was getting ready, and thankfully April had already handled it. I would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day if I was coordinating all the vendors and set up. I am very grateful for their help and would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding!

    Dream wedding

    April was amazing! She captured all of the special moments and then some. She was attentive and was always in the right place to capture all the important moments. She went above and beyond and took wonderful videos/shots. Everything I requested she was able to capture perfectly. I am so happy I hired her as she was able to get raw footage and I received everything the next day! So convenient! Thank you so much April ….everything was amazing!

    Helpful, joyful, and supportive

    April made wedding planning so much easier. During our first planning meeting, I realized how many details I hadn't thought about yet, and was instantly so happy that we hired someone so detail oriented like April. April was so helpful in making sure every small thing was taken care of before our wedding day. On our wedding day, she set up all of the decor, kept the wedding parties stayed on track, and made sure my husband and I were eating food and drinking water. She did an amazing job with the decor. April also had a personality that made it so easy and fun to work with her. She is uplifting, kind, eager to help, communicative and supportive. I would recommend April to anyone!

    Amazing!

    We brought April in a few months before our wedding and it was the best decision we made! She was so helpful and really took charge making sure everything was ready. She was always quick to respond to my questions. Many of my other vendors also mentioned how great and communicative she was and very easy to contact. My wedding day went perfectly because of April! My whole family was beyond happy with her help. We appreciate her so much!

Yes, I do! I also offer planning and coordination for related celebrations such as bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. I would be happy to customize a package that fits the type of event your envisioning.
I only take on one wedding per day and only one per weekend to ensure my couples receive my full attention and care.
As your wedding coordinator, I’ll guide you through the final planning stages and make sure every detail comes together smoothly. At about 3 months out, we’ll meet to review your vendor list, talk through your overall vision, and create a detailed planning timeline. At the 1-month mark, we’ll finalize your wedding day timeline, confirm vendor logistics, and go over all the final details. On the day of your wedding, I’ll be onsite to manage vendors, oversee the timeline, and handle any last-minute details so you can truly relax and enjoy your celebration.
I work independently, which means you’ll have my full attention and consistent communication throughout your planning. On the wedding day, I personally manage your timeline, vendors, and details to ensure everything runs smoothly.
