Clare Barboza is the founder and owner of Clare & Co. Events, a company she launched in 2011 out of a deep love for celebrating life’s special moments. What began with choreographing quinceañeras soon blossomed into a dynamic business offering wedding and event coordination, photo booth rentals, and officiant services. With a heart for storytelling, Clare is passionate about creating events that reflect the unique style and spirit of each client. Her ability to bring a vision to life—whether it’s an elegant wedding, a joyful quinceanera, or an unforgettable celebration—has made her a trusted partner to countless families and couples.

    The Best!!!

    If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! From the moment we started working with Clarissa, we knew we were in great hands. She went above and beyond in every possible way and made our wedding day completely stress-free. She handled every detail with so much care, allowing us to truly be present and enjoy one of the best days of our lives. She beautifully set up all of our decor exactly how we envisioned it, kept everything running smoothly throughout the day, and made sure every little detail was taken care of. What really stood out was how willing she was to help with absolutely anything. We were even able to Zelle her so she could pick up cash and envelopes for our day-of vendors, which took one more thing off our plate. She even went out to get more drinks for the guests during the celebration, because we almost ran out LOL SMH. That level of dedication and genuine care is something you don't come across often. She is someone you can trust completely. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and always had a solution ready. Her calm, positive attitude made such a difference, and we never had to worry because we knew she had everything under control. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day so special. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her couples and will go above and beyond to make your day perfect, look no further. We cannot recommend Clarissa enough. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

    Quinceanera

    Hiring Clare & Co Events was the best decision we made. From our first conversation, she was clear about timelines and always got back to us right away, which made planning feel so much easier. On the day of our event, she handled every detail so we could actually enjoy ourselves and be present with our guests instead of worrying about what was happening next. Her work was flawless, and she genuinely seemed to care about making the day special. We can't recommend Clare & Co Events enough to anyone planning an event—she is worth every penny and will make the whole process feel less overwhelming.

    The best in the business !!

    Working with Clare was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From initial consultations/conversations through the final reception hours, she was organized, patient when we were still ironing out details, helped with any and all questions, and gave recommendations when we were looking for guidance. She helped with coordinating our family during photos (no easy feat), managing vendor arrivals/set ups/tear downs which were executed perfectly, and helped us transport items after the ceremony and reception (which was a HUGE help). She was very adaptable when I changed my timeline the morning of and was extremely professional throughout the whole weekend, making us feel completely at ease allowing us to enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about logistics. My husband and I would STRONGLY recommend Clare and her team to any couple looking for a day of coordinator, our weekend wouldn't have been the same without her!!

    Hire Clare for your wedding !!!!

    Clare was so phenomenal and on top of EVERYTHING for my wedding!! She is 10 steps ahead of everything and thinks of every scenario. Clare is understanding, amazing with communication, and seriously has the whole event under control before and during!!! You have to hire Clare for your wedding or event you will not regret it !

    Dance Instructor

    I heard of Clare through a friend and I am very grateful of that. She worked with my (now) husband and I choreograph our first dance. And she listened to our concerns of not being good dancing and wanted it to be silly. She was very patient and flexible with us, I can't help but to spread the word about her services.
