    The Harmonized Collective made our wedding day absolutely seamless from start to finish. Sarah was everywhere we needed her to be, just 20 minutes before I walked down the aisle, she had a stain out of my dress without breaking a sweat. She handled transitions, helped with setup, and adjusted our schedule on the fly when we fell behind, proving she was ready for anything. Her communication was clear and proactive throughout the entire planning process, and her attention to detail showed in every single moment. We would recommend her for any event, but especially for weddings where everything needs to run like clockwork. Yes! Our packages can include event design, décor guidance, floor plans, color palettes, styling oversight, and vendor sourcing. We also offer design-only services for couples who just want help curating the aesthetic of their celebration.

That depends on the package you choose. Full-service couples are guided at every step but remain in the loop for all major decisions. Partial planning clients stay involved for final decisions, while day-of coordination clients can relax knowing we handle all logistics and timelines.
Yes! We’re based in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and happily travel across the whole state of Louisiana, and majority of Texas. Travel fees may apply depending on location and logistics. Destination weddings are priced separately to account for travel, accommodations, and extended coordination.

From engagement parties and bridal showers to rehearsal dinners and bachelorette celebrations, we handle the details, design, and logistics so each event is seamless, stress-free, and memorable. Every celebration is treated with the same care and attention as your wedding day.
The time you spend with us depends on the package you choose. Full-service couples typically meet monthly (more often as the wedding approaches), with additional calls and emails as needed. Partial planning clients usually have a few focused planning meetings and check-ins, while day-of coordination involves a final planning meeting 4–6 weeks before, communication/updates weekly (as needed) and full attention on your wedding day. Our goal is to provide as much support as you need while keeping the process stress-free.
We have multiple teams that can serve more than 1 wedding per day, but we carefully plan our schedule to make sure we are able to best serve each client and not overload ourselves.
