In 2015, I opened Just4U Wedding Coordinating and More, which specializes in providing day-of coordination, partial planning and full planning services. My team and I are are committed to making sure your wedding day goes just as you envision.

Your hard work, patience, creativity, and dedication helped make everything so beautiful and seamless. I cannot express how invaluable Natasha was. She made everything seamless, catered to our needs very need, tucked and rolled with every obstacle, and truly made our day so special. I would hire her again 100 times over.

From start to finish, Just4U was nothing short of spectacular. They were incredibly communicative, attentive, and personable, making the entire planning process feel seamless and completely stress-free. Natasha and Taiya were absolute superheroes!! They were so sweet, positive, and calm under pressure. No matter what came their way, they handled everything effortlessly, delegated flawlessly, and never once made us feel stressed. Because of them, we were able to fully enjoy our day knowing everything was taken care of. We respect them immensely, highly recommend Just4U, and would book them 10 times over without hesitation. Side note: from one coordinator to another: you were truly SPECTACULAR!

J4U prioritizes you
I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Most of our couples hire us for Full-Service Planning 10-18 months before their wedding! Couples looking for a coordinator will typically book 8-10 months before the big day. In all reality, as soon as you know you want to hire a planner or coordinator, sooner is always better!

We are available by phone, email, text message, our internal project management tool, and social media to respond immediately to our clients during working hours. If we miss your communication, we will get back to you asap. Our clients also get an advanced notice anytime we are out of the office.

In the exceedingly rare or unlikely circumstance that your Lead Planner who you have been working with all throughout your process could NOT be there on wedding day, we have a backup already in place! We use a cloud-based information sharing system that allows our entire team to have access to all questionnaires, timelines, and layouts at the drop of a hat. We got you!

We work with all ranges of budgets! There is no “requirement” of a minimum budget for us to serve you during your planning process. That being said, most couples spend anywhere from 10%-20% of their total wedding budget on a planner or coordinator, depending on how important a planner is to you and how much help you are needing. Most of our clients have budgets from $45,000-$80,000, but we have worked with smaller and larger budgets as well!

Guest count is not a factor in us executing your event! We have planned for as little as 30 guests up to 800+ guests in attendance.
