Description	This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.	A wedding under 50 guests is considered a “micro wedding.” This service is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate your union. A micro wedding is perfect if you want a wedding and all of its traditions on a smaller scale so you don’t feel overwhelmed by the process and its complexities.	This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning which begins at least 12 months prior.	Day-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins before the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

The Wedding Planner Every Bride Needs!
Where do I even start?! She was absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end! I know I probably kept her on her toes throughout this entire process because I had a very specific vision, lots of ideas, and we had MANY conversations about every detail. But she was always patient, listened to what I wanted, and worked with me to bring my vision to life. When I hired her for the full-service planning and coordination package, I had already secured my venue, but there was still so much that needed to come together. She helped me find top-tier vendors who truly aligned with my vision and made sure all of the pieces came together beautifully. Then came the wedding day! We originally planned for an outdoor ceremony, and literally FIVE MINUTES before the ceremony was supposed to start, the rain and thunderstorms came! On top of that, I started with 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen, and our wedding party numbers were changing in real time. Through all of it, she remained calm, professional, and focused on finding solutions. That is one of the things I appreciated most about her. Her presence is poised and professional, and she is extremely solution-oriented. She handles situations as they happen without bringing unnecessary stress to the bride. She managed everything behind the scenes and allowed me to focus on being present and enjoying my wedding day. I also used her servers for the wedding, and they did an amazing job. Her assistant was there on the day of the wedding as well and was so sweet, attentive, and helpful. She truly worked with me until the VERY END. She has vision, professionalism, patience, and the ability to manage unexpected situations in real time while still keeping everything moving. She was truly a dream come true, and I would recommend her 100% to any bride looking for an amazing wedding planner. Best Planner I've Ever Worked With!
As a wedding DJ, your success depends heavily on the planner you're working alongside. I recently had the absolute pleasure of working a wedding with Aciana on May 24, 2026, and she is hands-down one of the best planners I have ever encountered in the industry. She is exactly who every DJ hopes to work with. Our communication and teamwork were completely flawless from start to finish. When a severe storm hit and forced a last-minute pivot to move the ceremony inside, Aciana didn't blink. She was completely open-minded to solutions, had zero ego, and we pulled it off successfully together. Throughout the night, she handled checking in with the couple for formalities so seamlessly that it freed me up to focus entirely on what I do best: keeping the music and energy perfect. Above and Beyond in Every Way!
My wedding day would not have been what it was without Aciana and her team! From the start of our conversations in mid-2025 to my wedding in March 2026, Aciana was professional, communicative, resourceful and invested in not only our big day, but our personal lives! From monthly communications to full blown execution (set up, tear down and everything in between) of my wedding, Aciana went above and beyond in every single way possible. From coordinating chaos of family, rehearsal before the ceremony, bar and catering issues, etc…she was proactive and had a solution to problems before I ever even knew. It was a beautiful stress-free day for both me and my fiance, aside from wedding day nerves. The day really would not have been what it was without AJR Events! I would and will recommend this crew to any and every body I can!

THE BEST!
I used AJR Events as my day-of wedding coordinator and HIGHLY recommend them. Aciana checked in with me every month leading up to the wedding and helped guide me through the entire process.
