Best Day Ever!
If you are wanting planners that are sweet, personable, and dedicated to making your day how you picture it, look no further! During the interview process something about speaking with Emerance made me and my now husband know they were definitely the planners for us. We hired this group as our month of coordinators since it had been a long engagement so a lot of planning was already completed by the time we hired them, but they took over right when I needed them. They asked every question to make sure they were ready for the big day, and during the venue walkthrough we were able to plan everything out. From set up to break down, they took care of everything and made me day so special. Thank you ladies so much!!!
Helped So Much For The Day Of
Hiring Emy/Lauren was one of the best decisions we made! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and the day ran seamlessly. Emy handled everything with such care that we were able to just relax and enjoy our day. Our families and wedding party were so impressed with how organized and kind she was. We can’t recommend Novel Occasions enough!
Bride
If you want to pay someone to call you a bridezilla on your wedding day, have zero idea of what is going on throughout the wedding planning process, and have someone who does not actively advocate for your budget or vision, this is the crew for you! Hiring these women was the worst decision I made in my wedding planning process and they made everything difficult by missing emails from vendors, forgetting details I conveyed to them, including my ceremony time, and failing to communicate when updates were happening. They also failed to book vendors I requested and then struggled to book them later because they waited so long and failed to correct mistakes in vendor contracts. I did a lot of the research for them and actually hired 3 of my own vendors after they "couldn't find someone." They brushed me off several times because they were too busy with their day job and made me feel like an afterthought on multiple occasions. They were rude and argumentative with my bridesmaids and overall severely lack communication and organization skills. Would not recommend to anyone, ever! If you are considering hiring them, please take my advice and just DON'T, you'll thank me later.
