My name is Kandace Walters, and I am the owner of Pink Arrow Events. I am a certified Wedding and Event Planner, who has an over the top attention to detail, highly organized and loves to plan! My specialty is Month of Coordination for weddings, but I am qualified to plan and coordinate any event. I offer a complimentary one hour introduction meeting so that we can meet in person, confirm our personalities align and answer any questions you may have.

What sets me apart is the fact that I am very personable and treat my couples like family. I also treat every wedding as it was my own! Another thing that sets me apart is my attention to detail. Whether that’s small trash on the floor, silverware not lined up exactly right or a strand of the bride’s hair out of place. I put my whole heart in everything I do.

    Fantastic!

    Working with Pink Arrow Events was a game-changer for our wedding planning process. On the wedding day itself, her organization really shined- she guided our guests smoothly through each moment and made sure everything flowed without a hitch.     Highly Recommend !!

    We’re so glad we hired Kandace as our wedding coordinator! She was incredibly organized, proactive, and managed so many behind-the-scenes details that allowed us to truly enjoy our day without stress. From setting up our centerpieces and cocktail hour area to making sure we always had food and drinks in hand during the reception, she went above and beyond in every way. One of our favorite moments was during family photos—Kandace brought us cocktails while we were standing out in the heat. It was such a thoughtful touch and exactly the kind of support we didn’t even know we’d need, but really appreciated. She was always one step ahead, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring the timeline stayed on track.     Best Coordinator Ever!!

    Kandace was beyond amazing!! Literally a life saver and made our wedding day so stress free. No only did she set up and break down everything with minimal direction, but she kept everything running smoothly the entire evening. My now husband said “I love this coordinator! Every time I have the thought ‘I’m going to need another drink soon’ there she was with another drink for me!” She anticipated anything we would need the entire day, handled any potential issues before they became one, and had phenomenal communication. 100/10 recommend!!
