Norma’s journey began in 2010, when she first discovered her love for event planning. She spent years honing her skills, learning from industry experts, and gaining valuable experience in the field. Her dedication and hard work have finally paid off, as she has earned her certification as a wedding and event planner.

Best Bilingual Coordinator in the DFW Metroplex!
My husband and I hired Gardenias Wedding and Event Planning for the wedding day-of-coordination, and it was the best decision. The real superheroes at my wedding were Norma and her assistant Lexi! From the first meeting, Norma helped us figure out exactly what was needed and ironed out all details to make the wedding flow smoothly. Outside our scheduled meetings, Norma also let us text her with any questions. On the wedding day, Norma and Lexi tackled everything from ensuring events and vendors were on schedule to helping set up decorations, finding bobby pins for a hair emergency, and, overall, ensuring that we and all of our guests had a great time. Since my guests mostly speak Spanish, it was especially helpful that both Norma and Lexi are bilingual.

Norma was my “Wedding Brain”
My wedding was perfect all thanks to Norma and her ability to coordinate and think quickly on her feet. I wanted to turn off my brain the day of my wedding so I could focus on the simpler things like saying hi to family and friends, or dancing my favorite songs. After speaking with Norma, I knew she’d be perfect in executing our wedding vision and helping us focus on our day. She’s very approachable and offers suggestions while also being respectful of what we wanted. Several guests have reached out to tell me how amazing Norma was on our wedding day. My family especially appreciated that she spoke Spanish. I am also grateful that Norma reached out beforehand to make sure we had the small details completed. I am convinced that our wedding wouldn’t have been a success without her. Though I know behind the scenes, it is a lot of work to coordinate a wedding, she made it seem so effortless.
