Busy Bee was started 5 years ago by our founder, Anna Davis. With a passion for planning and organization skills, Anna wanted a job that she could do on her own terms while still having time to be a mother. We have grown quite a bit recently and have added new coordinators to the team, but Anna still works at most of our clients weddings!

We have the passion and vision to create a beautiful event for you. To many planners, this is just another job, but for us it's a dream come true! We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and having a personal connection with each of our clients.

When we sign up with our venue I knew I wanted a coordinator that had experience with the venue so the venue managers gave me their #1 and it was Anna! So glad they recommended her because she turned out to be the great help of all! Anna was available through out the entire process of planning and wedding day and would reply to any question I had via email, text or call! Anna took my inspo and turned it into a reality through the design! Anna was able to take over all communications with my vendors and take over any tasks I asked when I was overwhelmed! Not only did she help through the planning process but she was such a friend during the wedding day process, making sure we did our walk through, our getting ready process and coffee! God bless her, she was outside working to help decorate throughout the day in the 100 degree Austin heat! I can’t thank her enough for her patience, kindness and care!

Busy Bee Weddings was hands down the best decision we could have made for our wedding! Anna is seriously the sweetest, most organized person and truly poured her heart into our special day! She helped us dream of our day and made it a reality. Our day was seamless and went off without a hitch, all because of Anna!! She is truly a brides dream, she took care of me all day long and kept the day completely stress free. I couldn’t recommend Anna enough, I absolutely adore her!

Busy Bee Wedding Planning was an incredible partner for our wedding day. From the beginning, their communication was efficient, excellent, flexible, and reliable. Anna, our dedicated planner, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was accounted for - driving multiple times from Dallas to Houston for vendor meetings, always available via text or virtual phone calls, and implementing the wedding day timeline flawlessly. The quality of their work was truly incredible and detail-oriented, transforming our reception space into a beautiful, personalized setting that impressed all of our vendors and guests. All of our guests continue to talk about how beautiful our wedding was. Anna's professionalism and warm personality made her a joy to work with, and we are so grateful for her role in making our special day perfect. The venue and its vendors all communicated that she is absolutely one of the best wedding planners that they have had the pleasure of working with.

Her professionalism, wit, and ability to really roll with the punches made our wedding day as seamless as a wedding could get. From really pushing to make my outdoor dreams come to fruition, setting up my very elaborate table for desserts, guest book, gifts, etc. she nailed it. I am unbelievably floored with how much behind the scenes work she did. Thank god for Anna!
