    Recommend all day, everyday!

    Michelle recently served as our wedding event coordinator for our June wedding in the Texas Hill Country. We hired her about a year prior after locking in half of our vendors knowing inevitably that we would need coordination help for the day of our event. In simple words, my fiancé and I had an exceptional wedding day experience. Michelle and her team went straight to work and ensured everything was set up according to what we wanted. My fiancé and I both felt at peace as a result of her endless assistance in making sure we had everything at all moments of the day. Our guests also gave us positive feedback in regard to all the aspects and felt the intention with all the little details we included. I mentioned all this because I know it goes back to the beginning when we first hired Michelle. From the start, she was very invested in our vision and helped guide us in our planning journey. She had so many great vendor recommendations and was always a message away if needed. To sum it all up I would choose Michelle and her team every time. She is exactly what we needed to have achieved and lived through such a phenomenal day!

    Working with Events By Michelle was such a wonderful experience. Their communication was always timely, intimate, and fun throughout the entire planning process.     Best in the Business!

    The Events by Michelle team helped make our wedding day smooth and stress free. From our initial consultation with Michelle, we knew we would be taken care of on our wedding day. We opted for the wedding management package which was perfect for us. We did the bulk of the planning and our lead planner, Steph, came in about 2 months before and made sure everything was executed perfectly! Steph is warm, funny, and ensured that everything got done leading up to the wedding! (She even jumped a fence for us!) I could not imagine having a different person to help us execute our perfect day. As a people pleaser, my first instinct was "how do I make her job easier?" She recognized that in me and reassured and reminded me that she was there to make my day easier. Knowing someone was in our corner all day helped melt the wedding day stress away. Events by Michelle's wedding management package was perfect for us as we were looking for excellent service at a reasonable price. I would recommend the Events by Michelle team, and specifically Steph, to any of my friends and family that are getting married!

    SO MUCH CONTENT

    I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

We certainly understand all of the confusion - wedding planner, wedding coordinator, venue coordinator. While all play a vital role, your wedding planner is focused solely on you and your interests. We work exclusively with you to curate a celebration that stems from your story and style...without unnecessary stress or unwelcome setbacks. The venue coordinator is there to protect the interest of the venue.
While Michelle wishes she could personally lead every event, she is supported by an incredible team of planners based in San Antonio, Austin and Houston dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. During the planning process, you'll work directly with Michelle, Jazmine or Rebeca as they guide you through every decision and detail. When it comes to venue and vendor management, her trusted team steps in to handle logistics, ensuring every element comes together flawlessly. This strategic division of roles allows Michelle to focus entirely on your vision—while her team ensures the execution is nothing short of perfection.
While we understand that partial or “day-of” services are popular, we focus on Full-Service Planning and Partial Planning & Design. This approach ensures the highest level of involvement and attention to design, providing guidance on key details, vendor recommendations, timelines, and overall coordination. For couples on a budget, we offer a coordination package called Event Management. We only limit up to 10 weddings per year with this package.
