    Wedding planner

    We utilized the partial planning package! I couldn’t be happier with Mallory! She reached out to the vendors to confirm their arrival and details! She focused on the details so we could just have fun and enjoy our day wedding day! She was fun and easy to work with, would absolutely recommend!

    Hiring Mallory as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! While we hired her for day-of coordination, she went above and beyond from the very beginning, offering guidance, support, and reassurance throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, it felt like she could read my mind. She was always one step ahead, handled every detail seamlessly, and made the entire day feel so much less stressful. Because of her, we were able to truly relax, be present, and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Mallory is the perfect combination of organized, professional, and genuinely caring. She put so much heart into making our day special, and her services were worth every penny. She truly went the extra mile (literally)! We are beyond grateful for her and would recommend her to any couple in a heartbeat!

    Couldn't have done it without you!

    I can’t say enough good things about Mallory. We booked our wedding date in late May ’25 for an 8/16/25 date and she ensured me that the quick turnaround was possible and helped me many times during those months. I’ll be the first to admit I wasn’t the most organized bride, and I didn’t have everything fully prepped or laid out the way I originally envisioned. Despite that, she handled everything with grace and zero judgment. Mallory and her team were able to pivot with my requests even just hours before the start time and made everything come together beautifully. Her calm, professionalism, and genuine care allowed me to truly enjoy the day without stress. I’m so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to any couple.

    just hire her!

    Mal was absolutely spectacular. The calm in the storm of the day. She was everywhere at once constantly checking in to see if I was okay. She was truly a dream. It allowed me to enjoy the day so much more and not worry at all. Her emergency kit came in handy several times. Cannot recommend her enough. Definitely someone you want by your side on your big day!

We are located in Austin, TX. We travel up to 250 miles with no travel fee! (That means we service Austin, San Antonio, Houston, DFW and everything in between) Anything over 250 miles does require a small add on fee.
We specialize in wedding coordination/ event management!💕💍
Our most popular package is our standard package! Our standard package includes: 12 hours on-site Timeline management & creation. Vendor management detailed timeline, vendor confirmation (14 days before). Troubleshoot and solve any last minute problems. Onsite Run Through: Day of or day before only. Help with Set Up/Tear Down.
We obviously only take one wedding a day! If your package includes a rehearsal we will block the day before off so we are available to run your onsite rehearsal.
Yes!! We plan all events! Our packages for special events are completely custom depending on your specific needs. Prices start at $150.
Yes! We stay up to date with our vendor insurance.
