Our team consists of experienced coordinators passionate about working with couples to create weddings that reflect who they are. At 3 of Cups, we can help you with everything from managing your budget to planning your honeymoon. Our A La Carte menu services include design, sound and DJ, photography and cinematography, and location scouting. Founder and owner Jessica Ryan-Garcia set up 3 of Cups in 2014, intending to make a safe, non-discriminatory space within the wedding community. A member of the Associated Wedding Planners of Austin, Jessica has actively participated in improving the ethics and moral standards of the events industry. She and her team have planned over 500 weddings thus far and are prepared to take on occasions of all sizes, at home and abroad. Fabulous wedding powered by 3 of Cups!
My husband and I got married in March of 2026 at the Greenhouse at Driftwood. We had been working on planning and organizing the day independently, knowing that we would want to hire a day-of coordinator. As we got a few months out, though, it became clear that there was so much to do that having someone to help with the planning AND the coordinating would be super helpful, and the 3 of Cups team came in to save the day! The experience working with 3 of Cups was great - they were super on top of things without making anything feel more stressful or chaotic than it already did. Our meetings were really fun and comfortable, and Jessica did a great job of helping us to visualize the day and of asking questions to get to the bottom of what we wanted, were anxious about, or even actually cared about at all. We left with clear action items that made the whole process feel achievable. In the last few weeks in which everything felt chaotic - lots of moving pieces with lots of dependencies and deadlines approaching - Jessica and Katrina and the rest of the team just helped tie up any and all loose ends, including things I hadn't even thought about. We also hired 3 of Cups for our DJ, and everything about how the DJ fit into the day, how he and the coordinator worked together, etc. was just seamless. Working with the team truly felt like I was handling the big decisions and vision and they were handling everything that helped it come to life on our wedding day. Both my husband and I (and many friends) have commented, even months later, about what a fun wedding it was. For me it felt like a big party with all of our favorite people. I know that if I didn't have such a great team behind us, both of us would have been worried about rallying people to move to the next thing, or double-checking that a vendor got the supplies they needed, or that the clean-up was running on time. Because we had Jessica there, though, and she already understood what we wanted and could make decisions for us on the fly (like reversing the layout for dinner/dance floor on the spot), we felt like our only job was to enjoy the day. I would highly recommend (and in fact, already have in person a few times!) 3 of Cups for any upcoming weddings or events. They helped make the process of planning feel manageable (and even fun) and helped make our wedding day perfect.

Chelsea and I had an amazing time working with Jessica and 3 of Cups! She was able to effectively and efficiently curate our dream wedding into reality. We had several DIY and specific aspects to our wedding, and her expertise and experience allowed the planning process to be unique to us! She was fun to work with and offered up great ideas and additions to our wedding! We would highly recommend to anyone who needs a planner to help bring their dream wedding to reality!

Best Team Ever!!
My husband and I are from California and were planning our wedding in Texas. When we decided to go tour The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge in Austin, we went for a drink at one of the bars nearby which is where we randomly met Jessica! We had no idea how we'd plan a whole wedding from another state, but she made is SO simple! It was important for me to be able to trust someone with all the details when I wasn't going to be able to be there every step of the way and she and her team did the most phenomenal job! My garden party spring wedding vision came to life and was everything I dreamed of. Jessica took every detail I wanted seriously and found a way to incorporate everything so seamlessly. Her and Mo were right there helping me through when we had issues with the guests not being on time to the ceremony. And if you want someone to put their foot down and tell people how it is, Jessica is your girl!! Her whole team is so fantastic and helpful through the planning, emails back and forth, and day of. They were a dream to work with! After months of planning together, she definitely felt like a friend who genuinely wanted us to have everything we wanted. I also booked them for DJ and lighting and George made sure everything went smoothly. I couldnt have asked for anything better. Incredible & magical coordination planning
Hiring 3 of Cups Events was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our entire wedding. From the first planning meeting to the last moments of our reception at Villa at the Vineyard, Jessica and Jordan made the whole process feel smooth, personal, and so much fun. Jessica’s attention to detail throughout planning was unreal. She kept us on track, answered every question we had, and pushed us to nail down the details before anything could slip through the cracks. We DIYed many things and she was always there to answer any questions we had. I always felt like we were in great hands, which honestly means everything when you’re planning something this big. Jordan was the MVP of our wedding day. Whatever came up, she handled it. Extra requests? Done immediately, no hesitation. Tight cleanup windows? Not a problem. Communicate with many different vendors while managing the operations of the wedding? She made it look easy. She and her assistant kept everything running so smoothly that I could actually be present and enjoy the day instead of worrying about a single thing. Additionally, all of our wedding items were returned in great condition, which was a miracle. These two are genuinely incredible and talented at what they do. If you want a team that actually cares about your vision and makes sure nothing falls through the gaps, book 3 of Cups. We cannot recommend them enough!

3 of Cups made our wedding day easy!
My husband and I got married at Umlauf Sculpture Garden on Saturday April 25, 2026. We found 3 of Cups through the preferred vendors of Umlauf. Because our venue has such a short setup and breakdown window, the coordinator was one vendor we wanted to be sure was very familiar with the venue and its quirks. When we first booked 3 of Cups, we had most of our other vendors booked already, so I was really looking for someone who could help manage the day-of and help our vision of a simple, but beautiful garden wedding come to life. Even though we hired them as day-of coordinators, they did SO much work ahead of time to make the day go smoothly. I primarily worked with Jessica leading up to the wedding, and then Katrina was my day-of lead. Jessica helped me think through all the challenging logistical scenarios (like a rain plan that we weren't sure if we'd have to execute until about 48 hours ahead of time) and details that I never would have thought of. And Katrina executed everything on the day-of perfectly. Seeing the venue set up for the first time was a pinch-me moment and vision come to life. This team was worth their weight in gold with the amount of work they put into the wedding. On the wedding day, we asked to change some things on the fly, and Katrina rolled with it like the pro she is. We had a decent amount of DIYs, which meant more work for Katrina when setting up. But she made setup look like a breeze, in no small part thanks to Jessica's planning beforehand. Jessica talked me through what was realistic to fit on our tables and also realistic to set up without needing extra hands. I appreciated her level-setting and ability to tackle challenges before they even arose. There's so much more that goes into planning a wedding than just decor, and everything else went smoothly too. Every time we told a vendor we were working with 3 of Cups as our coordinator, their first reaction was always "Oh I love working with Jessica! She's great." That speaks volumes about how they manage all the moving parts of a wedding. Katrina also managed our rehearsal. Her clear instructions, level-headedness, and advice during the rehearsal helped calm my nerves and helped my husband and I feel like we knew what we were doing standing at the altar. It can be nerve-wracking to be standing in front of so many people, but going through the rehearsal with Katrina helped a lot. I highly recommend 3 of Cups. If I were to plan it all again, no question I'd work with 3 of Cups.
