3 of Cups is a comprehensive wedding planning service with an inclusive and welcoming ethos. Our team consists of experienced coordinators passionate about working with couples to create weddings that reflect who they are. At 3 of Cups, we can help you with everything from managing your budget to planning your honeymoon. Our A La Carte menu services include design, sound and DJ, photography and cinematography, and location scouting. Founder and owner Jessica Ryan-Garcia set up 3 of Cups in 2014, intending to make a safe, non-discriminatory space within the wedding community. A member of the Associated Wedding Planners of Austin, Jessica has actively participated in improving the ethics and moral standards of the events industry. She and her team have planned over 500 weddings thus far and are prepared to take on occasions of all sizes, at home and abroad. Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!

My wedding took place at the Amala Sanctuary (formerly Sanctuary Event Space) in Austin, TX on October 17, 2025. We were very fortunate that the 3 of Cups team is very familiar with this venue and has hosted numerous weddings there. The team knows the ins and outs and has a great relationship with venue management, making communication a breeze. I wanted a magical, enchanting, celestial themed wedding with various crystals as decor and the team delivered exactly what I asked for. It turned out lovely and beautiful! Jessica and Katrina were there to answer my questions by email anytime I needed. 3 of Cups has a very organized and efficient way of doing things and their google doc spreadsheets are thorough and a lifesaver. There are so many fine-tuned details about things you could fail to think of, that’s why 3 of Cups is a must. They delivered task-related timelines to keep me on track, took an inventory of all my decor, and worked with my vendors to create a seamless timeline. Jessica is who I met with for all my planning meetings and each meeting she was friendly, informative, and professional. My favorite part of my wedding day was being given the time to enjoy mingling with my guests and the ceremony itself. I can’t stress enough how valuable the 3 of Cups team is and how smooth they helped the wedding day go. It wouldn’t have been such a wonderful day without them. Jessica, Katrina, and Carly kept all the parts moving, made sure my husband and I ate haha, and kept everything on schedule all with positive attitudes. Katrina bustled my dress for me and Jessica saved the day with a tide pen when we discovered I got a cut on my arm and bled on my dress! The best money that was spent throughout wedding planning was on this incredible coordinating team. I would recommend them to any bride in Austin and especially if you’re booking Amala Sanctuary. In addition to coordinating, I booked a DJ through the 3 of Cups team and had a great experience. Everything was played on cue and it sounded great.

I came to Jessica with less than a month to my wedding, I had a few things done, but overall I was lost. By far the best decision my husband and I made was picking Jessica and her team to help plan our big day!! We can’t recommend their team enough. From the very beginning, we were met with enthusiasm and guiding expertise that helped us make all the crucial decisions leading into our wedding day. We got married at the LBJ wildflower center and it was so amazing to have a planner who knew the ins and outs of our venue and knew how to talk us through how to make our dreams come true in this space. It is an overwhelming world out there in wedding planning but every planning call meeting eased our worries and always left us feeling less stressed. We had specific asks of our vendors and 3 of Cups helped us find the perfect vendor team, including finding our DJ! All of our vendors matched our personality, our vibe and helped delivered the most PERFECT day and night! If anything went wrong or had hiccups, I didn’t notice because they handled that day perfectly, diligently and professionally. We also had a huge family loss that happened just days before and Jessica and her team showered us and our loved ones with empathy, kindness and love. Jessica and her team are so much more than wedding planners, they become invested in you and your story. They are so personable and truly grow to caring about you and your family, and that care translate across the board in everything they touch. Our favorite part of the wedding was our ceremony, it was so perfectly curated and planned and it was only possible through their creative problem solving and expertise. We love Jessica, Katrina, Jordan and the whole team so much!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best investment by far!

I highly recommend 3 of Cups! Everything was so thoughtfully planned, laid out, and coordinated. I felt completely at ease knowing they were at the helm of the most important day of my life. Their planning process, meetings, and expert suggestions kept everything perfectly on pace — we never once felt behind or stressed. They offered wonderful ideas that reflected our style and personal touches, helping us create a beautifully customized wedding that our family and friends can’t stop talking about.
