Two Girls and a Soiree are Event planners in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We love working closely with couples to create, fun, elegant, and lasting memories of their special day. We provide professional, detail oriented and personalized service throughout the wedding planning process and on your wedding day!

We go above and beyond, like driving to pick up Bride from hotel to get her to the church or picking up decor from Airbnb to get it to the venue, day of. We get close and personal with Bride and all those involved. We love what we do!

Hello, 2 Girl and Soirée (Brenda and Jackie) did such a great job as our Wedding Coordinator. From the beginning to the end, they help us ask the important questions when it comes to the venue, services, and event timeline. They did such an amazing job with the decoration and making our special night memorable! 10/10 overall satisfaction

From the moment we started working with Jackie and Brenda of 2 Girls and a Soiree, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication style was quick, clear, and extremely knowledgeable, putting us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work and value they provided was truly professional, efficient, thorough, and dependable. On the day of our wedding, Jackie and Brenda made me feel so at ease, repeatedly reassuring me by saying "we'll take care of it" - and they absolutely did. Everything was executed perfectly and looked absolutely beautiful. They checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was feeling okay and to let me know what was happening next, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my special day. I would highly recommend 2 Girls and a Soiree to anyone planning a wedding, as we truly enjoyed working with them over the last few months.

Working with 2 Girls and a Soiree was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Their communication was fast, clear, and effective throughout the entire planning process. They were incredibly thorough and efficient, handling every detail with ease so that we could simply relax and enjoy our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, they made sure that I had everything covered. From marriage license to all the little day-of details, I knew all of our bases would be covered. On the day, they had everything under control, from managing vendors to anticipating any potential emergencies. They even came equipped with an impressive array of emergency supplies, proving that they were prepared for anything. The value they provided was unmatched. I had been on the fence about even hiring coordinators (outside of who my venue provided) and looking back I can’t imagine going through the process without them. If you are considering them, just do it! You absolutely will not regret it. Thank you Brenda and Jackie!!!

From the moment we started working with Jackie and Brenda of 2 Girls and a Soiree, we knew we were in good hands. Their patient, positive, and empathetic communication style put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. As a very detail-oriented and thorough team, they were quick on their feet and highly adaptable, helping us execute my specific vision for the day wonderfully. They were a calming presence, keeping me positive and taking a lot of the stress off as I navigated the emotional ups and downs of planning. On the day of, they went above and beyond, helping with setup, keeping us all on schedule, and even remembering when I needed to take my medication. Jackie and Brenda truly are the gold standard in wedding planning, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
