Whether you are hosting a romantic, intimate wedding or a large celebration of your love, LennsFest Events will work with you every step of the way to create a unique experience that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime. From the very first meeting, we focus on your vision and work with you to bring that vision to life. We can provide different levels of assistance depending on your needs, and we customize every service because we truly believe that each event is unique. It would be our honor to help you celebrate yours!

I personally manage every wedding that hires LennsFest Events and will be there to go the extra mile. To name a few examples, I have re-installed floral arrangements hanging in mid air after the florist left the venue, built furniture and décor on site, tracked down a missing officiant in a foreign country and even spent almost 6 months jumping through hoops to secure a bride's perfect venue (though I hope none of these are regular occurrences)! Despite any stressful situation that may arise, I am a laid back person who will do whatever she can to make sure everyone is happy.

So organized and professional
Katie is such a pleasure to work with. You can tell from the first email that she knows what she's doing. She communicates clearly and makes sure that us vendors have everything we need. You can tell that she cares about everyone involved and wants to make it a great experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!

Exactly What I Needed!
Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Her communication style was honest, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was able to take our ideas and simplify them into a polished, cohesive vision for the day. Katie kept all of our vendors in the loop and made the wedding go smoothly from start to finish. She made our day as special as we were hoping it would be!

Excellent Calm Planner
Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Her communication style was direct, calm, and collected throughout the entire planning process. She was very organized and kept us on track to ensure everything came together seamlessly on the day of our wedding. Katie helped us research various vendors and pricing, which made our decision-making much easier leading up to the big day. When it started raining, she ran a tight setup and teardown while managing me with ease. We are so grateful for her professionalism and expertise in making our special day perfect.

I honestly haven't counted the number of weddings I have planned. I can tell you that the first wedding I planned was in 2017 and I have not stopped since! They have ranged from under 50 guests to over 300, local to destination, traditional to themed. No matter what your vision, we can help you make it happen!

I do most planning myself, though sometimes (actually, pretty often) I get my husband involved, as well. He has worked in the hospitality industry even longer than I have, so together we make a great team!

Yes! Please do not hesitate to ask about other wedding related or non-wedding related events!

I take my cues from each couple and will spend as much or as little time as they want with them. Some people really benefit from in-person meetings to discuss ideas and details, while other people are more comfortable expressing their thoughts in writing and prefer to do most planning via email. No matter your communication style, I am always available to my couples from the moment I am hired to the big day and beyond!

We only take on one wedding each weekend to ensure that every detail is accounted for and our sole focus is your special day!

Absolutely! We know that weddings aren't cheap and the expenses can add up fast. We are happy to work out an arrangement that works for your budget.

We do just about anything and everything to make sure your wedding day is amazing. We will coordinate all vendors and deliveries, direct guests, set up your DIY décor, make sure you get food... whatever it takes! We also help with cleanup, but you are responsible for your gifts and anything else you want to take home after the wedding is over.
