Let me worry about the rest.

    Hiring Erika as my wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire planning process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and intentional. At our monthly meetings, she always came prepared with detailed to do lists that kept me on track and made everything feel manageable. That level of structure helped me so much, especially during moments when wedding planning felt overwhelming. On the day of the wedding, she was punctual, calm, and completely on top of everything. Erika is genuinely one of the kindest people, and her presence alone brought me so much peace. Anytime a problem came up (even small ones I didn’t know about until later), she handled it quickly and confidently. Her fast thinking and ability to problem solve in the moment kept the entire day running smoothly. Because of her organization and leadership, I was actually able to be present and enjoy my wedding day instead of stressing over logistics. The day would not have run as seamlessly as it did without her. I’m beyond grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special and stress free. I would recommend her a thousand times over

    We worked with Ericka at Paper Rings as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we hired her, she helped us feel organized and calm. She supported us with timeline planning, final prep, and all the little details we didn’t even realize we needed to think about. Ericka took the time to really listen to the things I was worried about and made sure we addressed them ahead of time. Her thoughtfulness and preparation made such a difference in how confident I felt going into the big day. On the wedding day, everything went so smoothly that I honestly can’t think of a single thing that went wrong, which is entirely thanks to Ericka.     If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, Ericka is your girl!!!! We loved Ericka and everything she did for us on our wedding day! Our wedding day took a turn with unexpected rain and freezing weather (outdoor reception). Ericka made sure everything came out as beautiful as possible for us. She was out there in the rain and cold weather making our vision come to life! Our day would not have turned out as beautiful as it did if it werent for her. She truly puts her heart into what she does. She is easy to communicate with, advised us, guided us, and stayed on top of it all! We 100/10 recommend Ericka and will continue to recommend her over and over and over again!
