I cannot recommend Jamie enough!!! Every photo was absolutely stunning and her attention to detail was incredible. She was so great at putting us at ease, making the whole day fun, and was incredibly professional before, during, and after the wedding. She was also great at directing us when we needed it, getting candids, and keeping things flowing smoothly. We couldn't ask for more!

My husband and I couldn't have been happier with TwoFish Photography -- they absolutely delivered on, and exceeded, any expectations we had for capturing such an important day in our lives (our wedding, this past April). As a fellow creative and photographer, hiring the right team and entrusting them with our big day was something I took very seriously -- especially since we live in NYC and would be planning a cross-country wedding where I grew up, in Texas. Jamie was our point of contact from the start, getting on calls to onboard us well-ahead of our date and checking in along the way as we neared the date. It's hard to overstate how invaluable her attention to detail, and fantastic rapport, were to us -- especially in getting a meticulous timeline together for me, way ahead of the wedding, that allowed for bridal portraits in both of my wedding gowns (without my husband seeing me, as we decided against a first-look together). Jamie communicated ahead of time with our coordinator and videographer to seamlessly move us through the day, and was the MVP of our team. One of the reasons I'd initially been so interested in TwoFish's work was due to their elevated styling of larger group shots -- we received SO many compliments on these, as well as all of the photography, in general. We really couldn't be happier with our photographs, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the same high-quality experience.

I knew I was going to be picky when it comes to photos but Jamie and her team did everything I wanted and then some. The photos captured the moments perfectly and I can't stop looking at them. She made my now husband and I feel comfortable and got the best photos I have ever seen. If you don't hire them you are truly missing out. I'll let some of these photos show you!

The first time I worked with Jamie was to capture my surprise proposal to my now wife. It was a very tense time personally, but none of that was due to TwoFish. In fact, they made the entire experience better. After I scouted an ideal spot on Lake Austin, Jamie immediately brought her expertise to the table. She walked me through the best lighting based on the time of day, the ideal direction for us to face, and exactly how she would position herself. She even went out to the site beforehand and gave me a full rundown—complete with stick-figure drawings. It was an incredible surprise for my wife and the moments she captured were breathtaking. As we began planning our wedding, there was no question who our photographer would be. The booking process is clear and well-defined, supported by an incredible website and seamless communication. Every package and service was laid out transparently, and we never once felt pressured, only supported in choosing what was best for us. For us, that ultimately meant focusing solely on photography (though Jamie’s life and business partner is an incredible videographer!). Jamie supported us multiple times as we walked through our vision, addressed any concerns, and shaped our plan around what mattered most to us. Because ours was a multicultural wedding with many moving parts, her attention to detail meant everything. We felt completely at ease with her ability to honor the nuances of our traditions while incorporating our feedback and different ideas seamlessly into the day. Jamie is deeply connected with many local vendors and venues, and at Villa Antonia (our chosen venue), she truly knows every nook and cranny. She coordinated seamlessly with our planner and florist to keep the timeline on track and ensure every detail was in place. On the wedding day itself, she felt like a steady, experienced guide; present for our most intimate moments while still giving us space to breathe between group photos, entrances, and dinner. She directed family portraits with confidence and efficiency, keeping everything moving smoothly. One of her best ideas was taking table photos with each group of guests before dinner. We later included those photos in our thank-you notes, which kept the reception flowing and saved us from an onslaught of photo requests. From start to finish, Jamie and TwoFish operated with a level of professionalism and excellence that is honestly rare to find. Through and through, her team was calm, organized, and fully in control, while still warm, joyful, and completely present. We always felt like the priority, and every moment was intentional. If you are looking for a photography team that is wildly talented, deeply professional, incredibly organized, and wholeheartedly invested in telling your story with excellence, Jamie and TwoFish are simply unmatched. We are forever grateful.
