I started working events on the weekends to pay my way through graphic design school over 20 years ago. From catering on the piers of Seattle for corporate events with 500+ guests, to planning and tending bar in a fine dining restaurant for private events, my experience & knowledge in this industry is hard to surpass. I am thankful that it has made me the well rounded planner that I am today . I spent 7 years as a wedding assistant and lead coordinator for a variety of companies. Learning different planning styles, making them my own & finally starting Best Day Ever! Events. Now I help couples celebrate here is Austin… Texas style!

Great option for couples looking for a more intimate wedding day with under 50 guests. This package includes everything in the wedding management package with the exception of no assistant and your wedding rehearsal will be performed on the "day of" the wedding.

Perfect for the couple that just needs guidance bringing all the details together. Package includes - vendor recommendations - vendor contract review - create a customized timeline - design a layout - attend final walkthrough - conduct rehearsal - assist with set up/break down of decor - 10 hours of onsite wedding coordination and vendor management on the day of your event with an assistant on hand & more...

    Brook was amazing! She made sure my entire wedding day ran so smoothly! She is so organized and experienced! She always made sure I was taken care of and worked with all vendors to make sure we stayed on schedule! If you want your wedding day ran perfectly hire her!!

    We honestly couldn’t have pulled off our wedding without Brook! She was so quick to reply and kept us on track leading up to the wedding day. Her timeline for the day of is what dreams are made of. It helped with keeping our wedding party and family on time without having to ask the bride & groom questions.
