Hi and welcome to Naomi Phelps Photography! I’m an Austin wedding photographer and storyteller. Blending your timeless moments with a creative touch, while making both you and your partner feel comfortable and confident is what I'm all about. My goal is to work unobtrusively, photographing your beautiful, raw moments while allowing you to fully be present in the celebration. From the downtown city of Austin to the blue and white houses of Santorini and the rolling green hills of Ireland, I am also a destination wedding photographer who will happily accompany you wherever love takes you.

My photography is rooted in storytelling, emotional authenticity, joyful color and movement, personal connection, and a relaxed yet confident experience for clients — making my images feel truly you rather than generic.

    The Best Photographer Around!

    If you’re looking for someone to photograph any special moment in your life I highly recommend Naomi. Not only did she capture our engagement, but we loved her so much that we flew her to our home state to take our wedding photos. She is such a delight to work with. She’s professional, punctual and really makes you feel at ease when in front of the camera. She is so amazing at capturing candid moments (which I love). She also gets pictures to you so quickly. Everyone at our wedding raved about how great she was and I love how organized the pictures were when we received them, it made it that much easier to look through and find specific pictures. If you want quality pictures that you’ll cherish forever I highly recommended Naomi and Sweet Memories Photography.

Typically, couples book me as soon as they book their venue and have a wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. I only book so many weddings per year!
My turnaround time varies is 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can expect to receive either a USB drive with high-resolution image files or downloadable files (depending on the package you purchase), so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I focus on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However, I have a team that provides videography and content creating if you'd like to purchase my all-inclusive package. I work with the best so you're in good hands!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
If you book a package with a second photographer, I absolutely do! My second photographers are highly trained, qualified, and amazingly talented so you're in good hands!
In my 14+ years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. If, by some insane situation and I'm unable to provide someone of my skill experience to photograph your day, I’ll completely refund your retainer and all payments and provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
