We are a group of Austin's most accomplished and in-demand musicians providing elegant, dynamic music for wedding ceremonies and special events. In addition to classic wedding repertoire, we specialize in modern and upbeat songs from all genres. Our arrangements create a sound that is fresh and vibrant while pairing seamlessly with the elegance of wedding ceremonies.

We work closely with the bride, groom, and coordinator for a flawless, natural performance. Our members are highly trained, professional musicians with degrees in music performance and composition from some of the world's leading universities and conservatories. Live Oak Trio provides a unique, unforgettable music experience with a modern twist. Our ceremony service includes 20 minutes of prelude/seating music and the duration of the ceremony through to the end of the recessional.
Our cocktail hour service includes 60 minutes of music beginning immediately after the ceremony service concludes.
Yes! We love preparing and adding new selections to our repertoire. Our ceremony service includes up to 3 custom song arrangements for the processionals and recessional at no extra cost, so you can feel free to choose absolutely anything you'd like to hear when walking down the aisle.
Our unique violin, guitar, and cello trio allows us to authentically play songs from any genre. The violin and cello lend the classic lush, lyrical sensibility of strings while the guitar blends perfectly and provides the rich harmonic and rhythmic accompaniment so crucial to contemporary music. This sets us apart from the traditional string quartet and provides savings from ensemble size costs.
We are extremely adaptable and can play any song from any genre! We've played everything from film scores, video game music, traditional/classical selections, pop, rock, and contemporary selections, and jazz.
